The remodeled bathroom very safety conscious with all the bars in the shower surround and the anti-slip surface in the tub. We stayed in multiple hotels during our recent vacation and none were as nice nor did I feel as safe as a 70 y/o.

The customer service. I wasn't able to check in, but still got charged for the room. I was told that the system was down and they couldn't get me a room after I had already paid.

Location No breakfast! It is announced when you book the room, but in reality the only thing they offer is coffee (a horrible coffee) and a little old muffin. When you arrive, they tell you that if you wnat breakfast, you should go to the IHOOP in front of the hotel and claim a discount.

The closeness to the businesses. The television did not work properly so we weren’t able to watch any television shows.

A small thing that I appreciate is the TV service they have is superior to what I have seen lately at other hotels, including Marriot and IHG -- better selection of channels, including on-demand channels that have GOOD MOVIES and NO ADVERTISING.

I had a hard time with the smell of a Pine-sol type of cleaning product that was used. A bit overwhelming to the senses. Otherwise fine. First time using a computerized desk person. That was interesting, but worked fine.

Nice bed Check in disgusting, breakfast consisted of juice coffee machine and granola bars and packed mini muffins ( false advertising)

The pool was not open and the information said there was a breakfast, there was some snacks, not a deal breaker especially for the price but it would have been helpful to know what to expect. Checking in through a screen and having a difficult time understanding the person with everything remote was not good.

The room very very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was not in shape and was not accessible ! Our overall stay was very nice thank you!
