25 min walk to center on a road with sidewalk. Lots of different pools, whirlpools. Panoramic ocean facing breakfast terrace. Good housekeeping. Note that swimming cup is required. And you get assigned specific sunbeds for the duration of your stay and you cannot just sit anywhere you like.

The property is quite difficult to travel around the island from. Very easy to get back to with public transportation, but almost always need taxis to leave the property making it expensive. Closest towns are 30 min walk.

The prices do not match the quality of the services offered. First of all, the rooms are located far from the main amenities (pool, restaurant, reception). The rooms are outdated and in poor condition. The AC did not work properly, and the room was constantly invaded by mosquitoes. The bed was very uncomfortable for two people, as the so-called king-size bed was simply made of two mattresses put together. We were also surprised to see that the hotel was open to the public, with the pools overcrowded throughout the day, making it very difficult to enjoy a relaxing moment. It was also hard to use the funicular because of the constant crowd. On top of that, one of the restaurant staff members in charge of the lunch service (wearing the green uniform) was repeatedly impolite. In conclusion, the nightly rate charged by the hotel is far too high compared to the alternatives available on the island. Overall, apart from the staff’s kind and welcoming attitude, staying at this hotel was a very disappointing experience

Location with bus stop was nice. Really enjoyed the pools and having 2 restaurants on the property. Best Hugo Spritz’sin all of Italy at the lower restaurant. Lots of stairs.

WE LIKED THE OPTIONS OF SO MANY DIFFERENT POOLS. THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN WAS LOVELY AND THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL. FRONT DESK VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS--ESPECIALLY CHRISTIAN. WE HAD DRINKS BY THE OCEAN FROM A RESTAURANT NOT ASSOCIATED WITH OASI, BUT VERY CONVENIENT AND NICE. BREAKFAST WAS OK, NOT MANY CHOICES. THERE IS A CHARGE FOR TOWELS AND A ROBE IF YOU WANT ONE. IT ISN'T EXACTLY STATED WHEN THEY HAND IT TO YOU. THAT FEELS CHEAP TO CHARGE FOR BASIC ITEMS.ALSO, IT SHOULD BE STATED CLEARLY WHEN BOOKING THAT A BATHING CAP IS REQUIRED IN ANY POOL.

Our room was lovely, with marvellous sea view and lots of space. The thermal pools were bliss. The staff made sure we we were allocated sunbeds that were in the sun all day. We just relaxed there all day. Nice gardens too. We had a really good massage as well. Dinner was very enjoyable. We realised we'd visited the spa 20 years ago with our kids! We did not realise reception closed around 8pm, so had some difficulty finding our room when we got back later than that, having checked in earlier, but not got keys to our room.

Having a small outside terrace with cheers is nice, easy access from the pool area to your room, warm clean pools No coffee/tea making facilities, poor food/snack choices, no beach

I didn’t like that the reception close night so if i need something what i do When we come back night to our room we was afraid there is no garden is open without reception work for me any one can enter The reception doesn’t inform us we need to book for restaurant we still without dinner because we go in the restaurant and they said need reservations or go out is not Professional

Amazingly beautiful & luscious property on waterfront with thermal baths & swimming pools built in terraces going down to seafront. Food options on property excellent and staff there so friendly & accommodating. Bus stop outside door of property to go around island if Ischia so easy to access other places on Ischia & explore. We had a fantastic family vacation there. Nothing

Wonderful resort with access to the multiple thermal pools, . Very good location, very close to Ischia Porto. We really enjoyed the resort as well as the 2 restaurants on site. Did not have breakfast included but we ordered coffee and cornetto at the restaurant. Highly recommend the resort for the peace and quiet location but in the same time close to Ischia Porto for a more vibrant atmosphere

The room was very comfortable with plenty of power outlets, which was very convenient for charging our devices. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had an overall pleasant stay, but there was a significant issue with the funicular service. On the morning of our departure, we couldn’t find the funicular operator, which forced us to climb the stairs with our luggage. Thankfully, we didn’t have much baggage, but it could have been a problem if we had several heavy suitcases. This situation could easily lead to missing a ferry or a flight.
