A beautiful and well maintained property on the hill above Casamicciola. It's a bit of a hike up the hill but a leisurely downhill stroll to town and there is a bus to bring you back. 20-25 minute walk to shops and beach but the trade off is the incredible view from the property. The breakfast was generous and delicious - pastries, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. The staff were so lovely and accomodating, they picked me up from and dropped me off to the ferry, gave lots of information about the bus network and were generally available for all questions and requests. The property was very clean and well kept. Bonus is the pool, sauna and spa! There was no aircon or fan available in my room so I had to sleep with the balcony door open and got some mosquito bites. There was an AC unit in the room but no remote so I wondered if they do offer AC in the warmer months (I visitied in Sept).

The property is located on a hill with a breathtaking view of the sea. The view was just as nice from the room’s balcony. The other best thing was the staff, with extremely nice and helpful people, who helped us get a scooter delivered at the hotel and constantly tried to accommodate for all of our needs. We will for sure be staying here again on our next trip to Ischia.

Great place. Need to rent scooter or take the bus if you want to get around. It’s not so central but the staff was very helpfull :) gave me a ride to the ferry when I left

I had a lovely time during my stay, the rooms offer an incredible view over the sea and I was able to enjoy the sunsets every evening from the balcony. The hotel itself was charming and well maintained, the thermal pool was great. The owner was nice enough to pick me up from the ferry dock and drop me off as well when it was time to leave. The location is a bit off the main road but close enough to the bus stop to access the main bus lines running through the island. The property is actually a bit larger than it appears in the photos which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable room with beautiful view. Very nice and helpful owner.

The view was really amazing, it was much more than we expected. We got separate beds which was a bit uncomfortable but it’s just a small minus.

The view is indeed breathtaking and the owner is very welcoming, a true professional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is not in the proximity of a beach, the bus that is near the hotel passes every hour and does not respect the timetable every time.

This is a great place with very friendly staff that takes care of your comfort and is always accessible. it was just a bit hard to get to the place, but the owners are ready to help for the travel Best part was the view with the sunset ! /

the view is the only good thing about this place. location is very difficult to reach in a remote area, there is NOTHING around no shops , restaurants. Breakfast very poor no eggs, no tomotoes, same plain pastry things every day. Not even the cappuccino is not the proper italian style.

Beautiful hotel with incredible view, it has a lot to offer. Everything was clean. The stuff very polite and respectful. I recommend this place to anyone with or without children. Everything was amazing.
