Easy check in, room was fine, Lovely old building--love the history. I was disappointed that the free shuttle from the hotel is no longer available. Also, no breakfast was available early. I always have a 6:00 am flight. In the past I was able to go into the dining room and get coffee. The dining room was dark.

The location is convenient to the airport. The restaurant felt rushed and the food was lacking when compared my previous experience. There is a lack of parking that must be addressed.

Near airpot but you can walk to airport, need to take taxi , but hotel can help for calling taxi.

Friendly staff; 5 minutes to airport which is great for those 6am flights; clean comfortable and modern rooms. Great dining option.

The fact that it is so close to Turin airport. It does not have a shuttle service to the airport and you have to take a taxi, which is quite expensive for such a brief ride

good location near to the airport, very comfortable rooms and beautiful old and well renovated building (rooms are not old!). We did not get to try the restaurant because of our very early flight unfortunately. I was hoping to have, as in other similar location, a shuttle to the airport included in the room rate, but it is not. It is an efficient car with driver service but it is another 15 EUR. I think it would be good to highlight this on the Booking.com page for this hotel. It was not a problem for me but I would have liked to know.

Location to the airport. Plus it had a shuttle service. The beds were very hard.

I stayed there to sleep in before a long trip, but the cleaners woke me up at 8AM by knocking on my door. There is no shuttle. Taxi costs 15E. I walked from the airport on my way to the hotel, but it is unsafe as there are no sidewalks.

Conveniently located near airport (5 minute drive); nice restaurant onsite; very comfortable large beds; air conditioned rooms; modern decor; very clean. We will definitely return to Jet Hotel for any future early flights out of the Turin Airport.
