Very nice stay in Cassino. Great apartment, and nice helpful host. Great atmosphere and good breakfast. Only thing I would add is an egg to breakfast which was more on italian/sweet side ;)

Our host spoke very limited English but used 'google translate' very efficiently so there was no language barrier. She was extremely helpful Nothing

My second time staying here. Such a lovely place and very welcoming host. Rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent. Definitely would recommend this.

Location/room and ensuite good size/comfy bed/nice breakfast and great host. We're able to leave luggage in our room while we went to the cassino monestry until 1 pm. Nothing really, but for guests with heavy suitcases the lift wasn't working.

The host was wonderfully helpful, and as others have mentioned, she did not speak any English and we don't speak Italian, but with the help of google translate we managed to get by perfectly well. We paid for the parking option, and the host kindly accompanied us to the underground car park. The breakfast was plentiful, all cold, no cooked options, but perfectly ample selection of teas/coffees/pastries/yogurt. Actually there was a toaster too, so you could make toast. We were also able to use the tea making facilities in the evening as there are no facilities in the bedrooms, this was useful. The shower was powerful, the bed was comfortable. Excellent location close to all the main areas and restaurants. Excellent value for money. n/a

Exceptional

Great location, close to everything, very clean and very comfortable and the decor kept with the local traditional style of the area. The lift didn’t work when we were there so we had to hump our cases up three flights of stairs and the WiFi was so weak in our room that we couldn’t use FaceTime for example.

This B&B exceeded my expectations. It gave you a taste of Italian living but with your own privacy. I really liked the balcony and how the host did her best to communicate in English using Google translate on her mobile device. Not applicable.

A warm welcome, good breakfast, excellent room with every facility you'd ever need.

The location is very good being overall quite central to Cassino, however the property has no exterior advertising being a first floor flat in a plain building identifiable only by a sticker on the door bell! That could be improved!The room with ensuite bathroom was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hostess was very friendly, she`s the grandmother that runs the place. Overall a very good place to stay, but take note of my reservations below. The breakfast is abysmal, probably the poorest I`ve ever had unfortunately, consisting of a piece of (very nice home made) cake, coffee, a pot of yoghurt and selection of other plastic wrapped supermarket bought little cakes and sweet biscuits. I know the Italians are not hot on big breakfasts but this was quite inadequate. The other reservation is that there was no flexibility in taking an earlier breakfast before the designated 8am start. we wanted to get off early for an appointment and had to rush breakfast. Another caution is that blue line parking is available outside the property but is only free between 8pm-8am otherwise pay 1euro/hour or get fined! The last thing, and this is very minor but annoying, is the little blue safety light in the bedroom floor step could not be turned off at night. For us who like darkness at night this was irritating. We had to cover it with clothing!

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Good water pressure. Clean rooms Breakfast was simple we had home made muffins which were delicious Would have liked a bottle of water in the room but found water in fridge the next day The elevator was broken , it would have been a blessing as we were 5 pple and we had loads of luggage it was hard to get them up the stairs

The place was very clean. The bathroom was modern and beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a short walk from the train station. We felt very safe in the unit and area. The host did not speak English, but she used google translate, so it was not a problem. A morning breakfast was provided. It would have been nice to have had fruit included.
