Great service, superb food, excellent Nothing

We’ve booked the suite. Very nice room and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The sauna and other facilities were prefect.

Luxury hotel. Wonderful spa and heated outside pool. Amazing comfortable room and the views and location outstanding. Service beyond words. Definitely want to return!! Nothing. All perfect.

Borgo La Chiaracia Resort & SPA is the perfect place to escape and completely switch off. From the moment you walk in, the calm atmosphere and super attentive staff make you feel instantly relaxed. The spa is truly pampering, and everywhere you look you’re surrounded by endless green hills through huge windows. The on-site fine dining restaurant offers a true chef’s experience with beautiful, flavorful dishes, and the bartender somehow always knows exactly which drink matches your taste and mood. It’s one of those places where time slows down and you just don’t want to leave.

Beyond our expectations. Everything was stellar. Even though it rained we enjoyed being in the spa pool and my body treatment was amazing! Nothing!

nearly everything there are no scheduled lessons or activities as it might be understood from the hotel website's description. the additional bed in the suite wasnt that comfortable.

The service and staff at Borgo La Chiaracia was simply outstanding. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Exceptional

I loved the hotel facilities and the size of the room on the ground floor, which allowed me to see all the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant area is gorgeous. The hotel staff are nice, and it's important for them to provide the best stay! The pool area was a little bit messy

Clean and presentable. Beds aren't as comfortable as they should be. But the main issue was we were charged for staying after checkout even though we'd told the front desk and we paid an extra €350 for massages, treatments and lunch. I would never stay here again.. the staff are too petty and have lost our business for good. Charging us for staying after lunch even when the hotel was DEAD quiet! Not smart.

We had high expectations and they exceeded them. Amazing place, a beautiful room with a stunning room, top level services, beautiful SPA and restaurants. All the personnel have been constantly great.

Very friendly and attentive staff Although this hotel is more of an adults only type hotel. They still made myself and kids feel very comfortable and welcome.

What a charming hotel at a beautiful landscape. The spa is amazing. I had a very good massage . The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The food at breakfast and at the restaurants at the hotel is delicious. I'm vegetarian and I had good options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is little bit isolated . The restaurants are chef restaurants so it's not cheap. You don't have in the room coffee machine or a kettle.

This is an absolutely beautiful place with amazing food and a most tranquil Spa, however, the highlight of our stay was the amazing and personable staff. Mauro at Radici, Alessio and Sergio at the Bar, Martin's and all the front desk staff are amazing! Additionally, the Chef here is a genius and we felt the food at Radici was a work of art! The only suggestion I would make is for a shop on-site where one could purchase sundry items, sunglasses, swimsuit, snacks, etc. would be helpful given the more remote location.
