The room was really cold.

There was no one at the reception desk. Therefore, we could no stay there without a room key.

We eventually stayed in the location we had booked. Fortunately it was just for the night. The location of the "actual" hotel was fine, but the room we stayed in was not great, tbh. But it did the job. When we arrived they had put is in an annex - which is in fact a completely different place far away from the main hotel, and away from where the restaurants are. It is a very hilly town, you don't want to be walking up hills for no reason.

Nice people at the front desk. We had a few internet problems which they took care of right away, good service Breakfast was served each day Didn't like all the smoker's patio outside our room.

Wonderful hostess we booked at the last minute because our prior booking canceled after we arrived, she dropped everything she was doing to make up our rooms, totally in 100% happy with our stay breakfast was amazing

In the center of the city. Good size of the room, Comfortable bed. Parking in the street (off season - can be different in the summer). The bathroom would need some recontruction.

The location was really good. Close to the main area and good restaurants. Our room had a rooftop terrasse, which was nice to watch the sunrise. The matress was bad. It wasnt a good night sleep and the shower was tiny. But then, I guess you can't complain much about the price.

Although we booked this hotel month in advance, one hour before check in they told us we have to move to the „Dependence“, which was not in the center anymore, old, uncomfortable and LOUD!! You could hear everything going on in- and outside the hotel. Didn’t sleep at all.
