Everything Nothing

Everything. The staff members are like a concierge service. Wonderful place to stay

Everything was amazing, the rooms, we had a terrace with an amazing view of the sea, the staff were so lovely, helped in everything, quite at night we had a good rest every night. Everything was so clean in the hotel, i really recommend this if ur staying in Castellammare as a base place in the amalfi coast. Nothing about the property, but its not in the city center we had out 15-20 mins walk to get to the train

The terrace is beautiful and very relaxing, with a lovely view of the sea - the perfect place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, a charming and pleasant hotel experience that we would happily recommend.

Lovely deck and view, parking was conveniently nearby. Room and bathroom size were nice and sea view was a pleasure. I had trouble with the wifi and the entry fob/code, but the staff and owner were very helpful.

Location is in a slightly odd location over a gym, down an alley

New and modern hotel One Staff was not very friendly and did not explain things very clearly causing som miss understanding and was not really treating customers as they should. Eventually all workers out but I felt uncomfortable
-
Beautiful boutique, hotel located within walking distance of the beach and promenade. Beautiful clean room with top-notch amenities and friendly and professional staff. If I had to say one thing that was slightly inconvenient would be the parking situation. They have a secured parking lot, but it’s not adjacent to the hotel but overall my car was in a locked lot overnight and I had access to it.

Magnificent!

Last minute booking. Literally didn't check into the apt we had booked in Naples because was too crazy for these small town Americans. The staff was so gracious and welcoming. The room was beautiful and bed perfect. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. If ever in thus part of Italy, highly recommend staying here. A bit hard to find. But worth the search.

Good location on the edge of town with parking and walking distance to town. Great rooftop terrace. Nothing.

The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The tastefully decorated outdoor space by the pool was well thought out with everything you need to spend a day in the sun and the view over the bay was just stunning. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive and polite. Overall this is a fabulous hotel. Nothing

This place was gorgeous! We booked the room with a small balcony - didn't realize there was a car park that you could see overlooking the balcony, before the oceanview, but that's not a make-or-break thing. Castellammare was definitely more a functioning city versus a tourist location, which was endearing. There were still tonnes of restaurants, and a lovely long walkway along the ocean. I liked that we weren't inundated with other tourists. The hotel itself is small enough that you wouldn't feel crowded. We watched the sunset every night from the shared balcony/pool area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with booking us taxis to Pompeii, and to the airport, etc. It's overwhelming to sit and watch the sunset on this gorgeous balcony, while having Mt. Vesuvius right there as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a first-class hotel off the beaten track of the busy tourist areas. There is no access to the beach from the hotel. You have to walk toward the town centre. It would be nice to have an access staircase or something just outside of the hotel to get to the ocean water. It's not an amazing location for swimming or hanging out on the beach, but it'd still be beneficial to have that access (there is better swimming access a five-minute walk toward the centre of town, where there is a public beach - you can rent umbrellas and chairs, etc).

We love this hotel. The staff and the facilities are impeccable! nothing

Very nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable, large rooms, decide is fantastic. Lots of small details considered. Nothing.

Mary and the rest of the staff was so kind & helpful. The view upstairs is incredible and the breakfast is very healthy, yet simple. Easy access to Sorrento, Naples, and Pompeii. Parking and access was a bit trying

Super nice staff! Good beds and very nice and clean room.
-
Spacious well laid out rooms, super king size and very comfortable bed. Wonderful to go to sleep with the sound of the waves on the shore - we loved sitting on the terrace in the evening watching the views. The staff team are fantastic - really helpful with restaurant and taxi reservations and anything else we needed - so rare to go to a hotel where every member of the team is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t think of anything!
