Very tricky to find and enter property from a busy highway.

Only the location!!! The room it is humid and cold! Everything’s inside it is poor quality without any comfortable feeling to let the guest having a good rest… Also the room its to noise during the night due the window isn’t isolated from the external street which is well crossing from lots of cars

The breakfast was nice, staff were friendly, rooms were clean and well maintained Location wasn’t great as you were near many nice places and the pool wasn’t a great size or depth

The room was very clean, the bathroom was huge and the fascilities very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent with lots of fresh fruits and nice cakes. The location was not good for me as I didn't have a car and walking to town on a dodgy empty road felt dangerous. It's only 25 minutes but on the way back it is also up the hill. The nearby beaches were tiny and very crowded. The waiter at breakfast didn't say anything like hello, please and thank you in English or Italian so he could benefit from learning some manners.

We loved the hospitality - the hotel manager was so helpful. The view was breathtaking - wish there was food service at the pool but it was overall lovely. I wish there was an option to make the room colder Also option to order room service .

Air conditioner wasn't working, noisy traffic, the shower handle fell off and toilet paper holder. Staff was mostly rude and not helpful.

Good locatin to relax, good and nice stuff, room layout was nice and decent, very clean. Good breakfast The location is remote without a car, it is accessible by walking 25-30 minutes to downtown..poor meniu for dinner..

Lovely and helpful stuff, amazing view, good price-quantity rate. No vegetables at the breakfast, very noisy - but it is not the fault of the hotel, it is simply from the streets.

Good breakfast. Cleanness in the room is not very well - dust in the room. Location is not good for that ones who traveling without car, because the bus lines are not reliably, and bus scheduled which we got in the hotel is not correct.

beautiful view to vesuvio, you can go to Capri island on a boat from port of the city hotel is located far from the city Castellammare di Stabia, there is. bus stop near the hotel but bus goes only one time per hour. Also almost all beaches are paid, there are 2 small free beaches but there are a lot of people there, very uncomfortable. But if you are ready to pay 30-50 euro for the beach then you’ll like it? Also there are no supermarket near the hotel, cause hotel is located on road between Napoli and Sorrento

Room was very clean and we had ha supernice view over Italy from the balcony. Not that big breakfast as i expected.
