Hotel Palma Central

Location, Good breakfast, 24h reception, free private parking with gate you may need to leave keys with staff. Noise was very big minus, you will hear toilet flushes, doors slamming, people with luggage coming and leaving through out the night and early morning. My wife and me didn’t have a good sleep at all! Small rooms, Very narrow shower.

Too pricey. The area around has nothing to offer

The hotel is very nice, and the breakfast is great. But by far the most valuable asset this hotel has is its staff! Every single member was extremely helpful and attentive, without exception. Never before have we experienced such a wonderful team, and we are truly thankful for their extraordinary service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful the girls at the breakfast were very sweet. Thank you to Anna at the reception and Giuliano at reception to make our staying feeling like home. The beds they were uncomfortable and no bed sheets only a blanket

What can be improved: Cleanliness. It was ok, but it could have been better. Quite dusty, maybe because the season was not yet officially opened and the cleaning process was still ongoing.

The staff were amazing! They welcomed our dog too which was lovely. Great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. -

Very very good Nothing

It is the very convenient place of this hotel. Very close to town centre, train station and the hotel has their own car parking which looks small at first but will fit lots of cars in there.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Clean and good breakfast. Centrally located, few minutes walk from the lungomare. Above all we parked our 2 motorcyles securely inside the gate. A small issue was that the AC was rather noisy.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and strategic location to explore the region. Having a secure and private parking was amazing as it is complicated to find it in the area, so we loved that.

Superb

Small parking, we left the car for 2 days. Very convenient location, 7 minutes walk to the train to Sorrento and 13 minutes walk to the port to take the direct ferry to Capri. Pompeii can be reached quickly by car. Very warm welcome, offered juice/coffee with sweet biscuits upon arrival. Quick solution to all problems. A very good breakfast. Very friendly service staff. There is a small problem - there is no elevator. But the staff will help with the suitcases. But we are not lowering the rating because of the many positive aspects.

Clean, comfortable, very thankful for the air conditioning! Very friendly and welcoming staff. One very very minor point, we had to go get an iron. But we should have brought our own so not necessarily the hotel’s fault.

Staff was good and helpfull, but only few knows English. We missed at least mini bar or small refrigirater in the room to cool watter or to store small amount of fruit in it. When you are not iin the room air conditioner does not operate and after half hour the room becomes very warm.

Great location and amazing breakfast included in the price. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 3 min from the train station and next to the bus station (5080) to get to the Path of God. Nothing
