The facilities, the staff were great aside from 1. Spa was amazing, room was comfortable and clean. Amazing cleaners and also Antonella was incredible Lifeguard was unprofessional. Just stares at guests staying, was quite uncomfortable and also a little awkward as the day we arrived he was using the swimming pool as though he was a guest?

The swimming pool was great to get into after visiting places of interest. The hotel staff were always polite and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, and there were enough choices. The breakfast staff always remembered our drinks. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. A welcome drink would have been nice upon our arrival. The hotel in some areas looked a little dated. Would have been good if there were tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No pool towels were offered.

The rooms were sparkling clean. Offered tasty vegan options for breakfast upon request. The staff at the reception, breakfast area and restaurant was very polite. Excellent location for visiting the grote, 5 mins walk from the hotel. It would be nice if there were more vegan options in the restaurant menu. We had a big issue one night with the mosquitos in the room. A mosquito repellent could be useful.

Location near the caves - and these caves were a lot better than expected. The pool is nice and in the small town within 200 m even a few hood restaurants. Pillows in the bed a bit hard. The room could not be extra locked from inside.

Photos are not like reality. If you are not looking for the pool you will never fin it. Hotel is clean but a bit old. It is in the middle of nowhere.

We got the trullo it ha a lot of room but no privacy id you are more than 2 Only bedroom and bad have doors The sofa bed could have at least a curtain for separation from common hall Breakfast was very good There is big free parking Room was cleaned every day

It is a nice hotel, everything is good! The room, breakfast, staff, spa… The territory is beautiful Will come back again! May be there could be some help/transfer from the station/bus stop
