It is a good base to explore Bari, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Matera, Ostuni, etc withoit worrying about parking, which is always an issue in visiting medieval places. Breakfast buffet was included and it had some warm food and not just continental breakfast. The bacon was too salty, scrambled eggs too dry.

The location is very good since it is close to all main attractions in Puglia. The room was clean, stuff friendly. Delicious breakfast and free parking on suite. Every recommendation!

Old fashioned room. Service at the table not by natives.

The garden and breakfast were good. 1. Very noisy due to the glass manufacturing plant Vetrerie Meridionali S.p.A located next to the hotel. The plant is working 24/7 and produces a lot of noise even when the window closed. 2. The air conditioning is poor and cannot be adjusted. 3. If you don't have a swimming cap you can't use the pool.

Location Very poor breakfast - we arrived to breakfast at 9 am and there was almost nothing left. Keep in mind that breakfast is until 10:30 am. We waited approximately 30 minutes and asked for bread at least but unfortunately nothing.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and spacious, with daily towel and sheet changes - big thanks to the housekeeping staff for their great work. The location is perfect for visiting nearby towns like Alberobello and Polignano. Highly recommended! The guy making pancakes for breakfast, should not be so shy with the Nutella next time ??

Everything was nice. Clean comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Small pool. Staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is dated but maintained. The grounds are over grown and need attention. No water in the rooms. No towels at the pool and required a swim cap (which they sell and inconsistently enforce).

Good quality and good price

I did not like anything at this place. Very disappointed and upsetting. This was a terrible experience, we stayed two nights in two different rooms one worse than the other. The first room was a handicap room with the bathroom fixtures falling off the wall, the sheets were not clean. I requested a refund and it was denied. We moved to another room that looked better, with a tub and shower, when taking a shower the floor was flooded, the bathroom door disintegrated at the bottom from old water damage as well as the rug outside the bathroom. The worst hotel experience, I don't recommend it for any type of stay. Very disappointed and not economic.

The staff was so helpful and kind and we had clean towels every day. The breakfast was good you have a options. In the room we didn’t had bottle of water and coffe like in the other hotels.

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel needs update. The breakfast is not of a 4 start hotel.
