We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always a pleasure to talk to. The room was simple but very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable rest — a cozy bed, hot shower, and even a TV. The WiFi worked perfectly and free parking was a great bonus. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic — a wide variety to choose from: cold cuts, cheese, different croissants, pastries, cookies, yogurt, dried fruits and nuts, fresh fruit. The lovely signora also prepared delicious coffee that made the morning even better. It’s clear that the owners truly care about their hotel and do everything to make guests feel at home. For the price, this place is an excellent choice and I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay!

The room was slightly outdated, with no AC, and it would be nice to have a small fridge.

For the serious and seasoned traveler! We had business in the area and stayed 6 nights. At first glance, the charm may not be apparent, but settle into great atmosphere, the friendly and accommodating staff, solid Italian sweet breakfast with great coffee, clean and affordable. Bathroom was a bit small, but only a minor mystery to be solved.

Friendly and good English speaking receptionist, nice quiet room good breakfast, free parking place.

Ideally, situated for what I wanted. Excellent breakfast for Italian standard. My room was facing the main road, so I heard lots of traffic

Location just off via Aurelia, good place to stay if you are visiting le Cinque Terre, La Spezia and even Pisa. The host is very Friendly and helpful. The room was confortable and clean. Very good breakfast. Great value for money. The decor is ok but a bit dated.

The owners were very welcoming, warm and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but very good! The coffee was so delicious, and the lady that worked there was so nice. She gave us the best tips of where to visit! The room, even though it was a bit too warm, we had ventilators and it was very comfortable. Good bed and bathroom. There was a big free parking lot. It was located close to the places we wanted to visit, which was convenient (we had a car), but it was close to a big street, so the room was a bit noisy. But nothing too significant. At night was calm.

We liked the apartment we stayed in. Also the breakfast in the morning and the staff that was very welcoming.

For a 2 star hotel great. It is well worth the money. Great breakfast, great rooms. The shower lacked a box.

Super, thank you ♥️??

Easy access by car, train. large private car parking. Reasonable price, especially if you compare to areas closer to the sea. Beach is also comfortably reacheable by car, 12-14 minutes. Cleaning service every day (we stayed for 5 nights). No airconditionitioning, but we took risk, as we knew this before coming. If you open windows, then motorbikes, cars and trains make quite many noice. If window closed - then no noice, but then quite hot (we were in August). So we needed to ballance - we go to bed with windows closed, then somewhere in the midle of the night (when there is less bikes, cars and trains) we open windows to cool down room.
