The Haven is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality and a peaceful place to stay. My host Eater is a very kind and attentive lady. I would definitely stay again. Not applicable

The hosts are very friendly Imagine staying in the spare room of a great aunt - cramped room, awful mattress and pillows, basic Scottish fry up breakfast - very disappointing

We received a very warm welcome. Esther could not do more to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent. We were disappointed with the size of the room and had hoped for a garden /river view from our bedroom.

Breakfast was excellent. Fruit and yoghurt, excellent toast and coffee and cooked breakfast to order. Sitting in the conservatory looking out over the beautiful garden, full of birds. Nothing.

The setting is exceptional next to the river and the outdoor garden and seating areas within it are outstanding . Breakfast was first class. A common fault in many premises, lack of good tv.

Very friendly people, enjoyed their company. The room was a good size and comfortable for our needs. We would recommend this location to family and friends. We didn't have any complaints about our stay at The Haven. The house and garden was ideal.

Excellent fresh breakfast served among a beautiful garden back drop. Ian and Esther were wonderful hosts, attentive without being over fussy with a warm and generous personality. Made us feel very much at home. Nothing to dislike about The Haven or the hosts.

Esther & Ian are lovely people and could not be more welcoming. We had a lovely stay, even though the weather was mostly cold and wet. We were there for a wildlife photo day. Parking is a bit difficult.
