Convenience having the function in same building don’t have to travel far or worry about transport Unable to sleep on my last night, fire alarm went off at midnight. Police outside the building???

We had a 60th party at the hotel so it was handy to have accommodation there The room really needing updating. The pub and bistro etc are modern and nice but it felt like they are putting no investment into the accommodation

Location. Requested Queen bed and was two singles and told hotel was fully booked at key collection.

Convinient party we attended was downstairs. Clean n comfortable bed Took time to checkin. Staff that did checkin was attending to other matters before coming to us. It was overall ok as we didnt mind

I didn’t like that the smell of the toilet filled up my room. I opened the door to that foul smell and was automatically put off. Even before checking in, I called multiple times through out the week and they kept hanging up on me ! Staff obviously don’t communicate aswell.

Staff assisted in bringing in a rollaway bed to help with the bedding arrangement Booked as Deluxe Queen Room but felt more like a double

I loves the security no fuss and it was really comfy. I tried to call to confirm my accommodation and got disconnected 2 times then called multiple times and the phone just rang. I had to make the drive to the Crossroads to make contact. Lovely young staff member said they were short staffed and there was anplanned fuction on.

So close to everything, great food downstairs, and felt safe and secure our while stay
