Excellent location. In corridor strong stench of marijuana.

Room hadn't been cleaned which was the cleaners fault. The staff were quick to fix the problem with organizing another room.

I received an email saying my request for a disability room was denied but when I checked in the room was available. After my last stay I'm sure management make things up as they go. And then charge $10 dollars for parking which on their website it is free parking. As I said in my first statement management make thing up as there go. The last time I stayed I booked a disability suite reserved an email confirming everything when I arrived no room was available. The room smelt and beds weren't made. It's sad when you have to pick a room because its cheap, and you're on a disability pension.

Bed was comfortable and clean bedding No lift to second floor, air con didn't work. No remote control for TV. Lots of traffic noise all night. Check in lady needs to find a different job, check out lady was very nice

The room is fine for me as there is plenty of room, also the tap in bathroom was loose . You really need to fix all remote controls always have issues with them; last stay could not turn the tv off let staff know

Booking was flexible so we were ok if the fuel wasn't available. Location is good. I've stayed 3 times now and this time I was rather disappointed. The hotel is budget priced but has previously been fine. No closet or spare bedding. The towel rail was ripped off the wall and put behind the toilet and the bathroom door handle was broken. When I reported the damage the staff didn't know about it.

I stay here frequently, the beds are always comfortqable, fridge cold, hangers for clothing, fluffy towels.th Only one small bin and its in the bathroom. First time ever staying here that I actually had to pay for the disabled parking spot

Nothing I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Basic amenities like soap were not provided in the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges guests for comfort and service. When I contacted the front desk to address the issue, the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or resolving the problem, they spoke in a disrespectful manner, which made the situation even worse. She was horrible and not fit for the job. She was extremely rude. When I asked for it, the lady in the front desk said, "Do you want me to go and get from the shop?! I am not going to do that! This is rude behaviour and unacceptable! Good service and basic hygiene supplies should be standard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here.

Basic facilities. During a five night stay, I had to ask for basic service: I received two fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper placed on the bed. The room was not cleaned, the bed was not made nor sheets changed in five nights.

cheap dirty on floor and few cockroach on floor..cant use microwave for overnight,no water bottle,sugar for coffee only few,so noise around can hear people talk another room..

The girls at the reception were very helpful and considerate. The location of the premises was difficult when catching Public Transport(Bus) from Liverpool Train Station to IBIS accommodation. The premises does need a 'make up' it looks worn out and tired. Would I stay back their again?. Probably not. I would spend a little bit more $$$$ to get better value. the girls at the reception were very helpful and considerate.
