Location was excellent.

Shower head had build up and looked dirty, loud music from the streets did not make for a peaceful night. TV and WiFi services were unreliable.

Breakfast was outstanding. Many choices, well prepared & presented. Available at convenient times for morning travel & site seeing. The location is perfect for all sites in the city including good restaurants and shopping.

It was close to everything. It was equipped with good quality products. It had great ac but also 2 large opening doors to a long narrow balcony. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests.

Spacious room in heart of Catania. Very quiet despite location on a main, busy street. Walking distance to many restaurants (with good recommendations from the B&B). Parking garage nearby. Internet worked only sporadically but that was being addressed the day we were leaving.

The location was super. The hostess was amazing. Luggage + Stairs = ? Wifi signal was weak in the room.

Great location, very modern decor and great room overall! The team went far above and beyond for my birthday, leaving us cakes from a local patisserie, prosecco and even Happy Birthday signs. I was so touched! We would stay again, even though our room was noisy right next to the breakfast room with louder team members. The staff team members for breakfast were very noisy. We could hear them so clearly starting at 7AM, it was like they were in our room, so privacy wasn't fabulous. The breakfast person also pushed us to pay the 8 Euro tax before coffee / breakfast - that additional payment should have been handled better, just billed and mentioned in the booking with no conversation. The internet was also not great - it kept dropping out but worked in the end.

Enjoyed breakfast and the great location. Significant issues with the TV detracted from a very pleasant experience.

Communication with the staff was great. The room was perfect for two. Nice shower and good AC. Balcony view was nice and short walk to the main square and fish market. Biggest concern would be for elderly folks having to carry bags up the steps. If you can carry your bags with ease this hotel is perfect.

Fantastic accomodation, centrally located apartment easy to find as it’s so close to the amphitheatre ruins. Really good value for money, communication always accessible and easy, great breakfast options served with a smile by Annaleisa.

Very attentive staff who answered any questions we had and offered wonderful suggestions and help. Lovely little breakfast every morning, rooms clean and well appointed. AMAZING restaurant right below our window. Located right in the heart of downtown. We were super happy our entire 5 night stay!

Very nice place !

Location couldn’t have been better, Martina was a very attentive host giving us some info of places to visit and see. Breakfast is provided each morning which was lovely, but we did eat breakfast out a few mornings just as our personal preference. The road outside is noisy as others have mentioned but honestly it didn’t keep us awake or disturb us while we slept. Nothing about the property, just to mention we found Catania excruciatingly hot so we definitely missed the option of being in a hotel with a pool
