The perfect location has only historic buildings with their inconveniences. The room is decent, but very basic.

The beds and room were clean. The air conditioning was powerful. Communication with staff was fast and efficient. Many aspects of the bathroom appeared to be falling apart. E.g. shower door handle, door to the bathroom, shower faucet, shower head, mirror shelf.

It is in a central location. The shuttle bus to the airport was just across the road. The price for the shuttle bus was 4 euro per person to take you to the airport. Very good price

The bed was very comfy and the shower adequately powerful and I appreciated the hair dryer in the closet but the room was cold as the heating did not work properly and the tea making facilities left a lot to be desired. I had a front facing room facing Via Etnea road and it was noisy when you opened the balcony door. But I was happy to watch the action on the main road. I rate this place 7/10 Some English speaking channels on the satellite TV on par with 4 and 5 star Hotels across the world.

Great location. 10-15 minutes of walk from the main attractions. Host was easy to reach and the instructions for the check-in were very clear. Parking is 10 minutes walking distance away for 20€/day. Pay in advance via your booking online agency.

Nice room. Great location in the city center. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was functional (the shower is quite small but it was OK for me). The host was responsive for questions about my stay and for the payment / getting a receipt. Quite noisy in the evening (as expected in city center and just above a restaurant), early and light sleepers shouldn't forget earplugs. Also, I was aware but it is worth mentioning that, despite the name, no breakfast is included (but there is a kettle and small fridge in the room).

Location The room doesn’t look Cosy as the pictures. Their is a mini fridge kettle and hairdryer. No glasses. No coffee or tea.

The hotel is in center .you can get a bus stop in frant of the door .shops & restorans all around .i recomened this hotel .we go again .thank you
