It was clean, but photos in add did not reflect room. Our room was very basic. The air conditioner was very poor. Very poor air circulation leading to uncomfortable night sleep

The staff. Maria was a gem and made us feel at hime especially when we checked out at 10am and didn’t eat breakfast. She insisted we eat and kept open the breakfast area past the closing time. It was very quiet at night and they helped us store our bags after checkout so we could explore the city more. Great location and safe.

Great location, next to a fabulous restaurant. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower had good water pressure. Fantastic free breakfast, with lots of options to choose from. Giada was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful after we checked out. She provided service keys for us to access the lounge area, where we were able to store our luggage and hang out while waiting for our airline departure later that afternoon. There were no downsides.

Location is perfect. It was written they change towel every 3 days! It is good if they have complimentary bottles of water every day.

The room was luxurious and enormous. Very high ceilings, two queen beds and a chandelier. The hostess was very gracious and even drove with us to the parking garage so we wouldn't get lost.

We were met upon arrival by a wonderful staff member, who was so helpful and friendly. The room we were in was beautifully restored, large, and comfortable. The terrace overlooking the main street was lovely. When the door was closed, it was perfectly quiet. Great location to walk and explore. Unfortunately we left too early to enjoy the breakfast - next time. We were assisted in getting a taxi/car servvice to the airport. Much appreciated. All was lovely. I would say don't judge the entrance as you enter the lovely hotel. It is a beautifully restored building. It is nestled between a wine bar/restaurant and shops and a bit dark. But the hotel above, staff, and location are all great. There is a small elevator for your convenience with luggage.
