Location - facing Stesicoro Square, easy access to public transport, restaurants, places of interest and shopping area Room - comfortable and serviced Breakfast - in the form of a voucher for local pastries in a coffee shop downstairs. Authentic, well prepared and fresh local pastries The building has an elevator that functions on all floors except for the floor on which the B&B is located. Be prepared to carry your luggage up and down three flights of stairs. Entrance to the B&B is on a one-way street Via Neve, that was not clean and foul smelling. Location lent itself to noise from the square and streets until the early hours of the morning

Nothing. Horrible location and extremely hard to find. The place was filthy, smoky, and depressing—felt like walking into a run-down 1970s roadside motel in the U.S. Everything about it was dirty and neglected. Absolutely not worth the effort, and I would strongly advise avoiding it altogether.

I have only good things to say about this place and the owner is doing a fantastic job to make all guests feel welcome and special. The location is ideal. Nothing.

There was no elevator and the property was on the second floor. Outside of the building and the alley did not look good.

The location of this hotel is great to access Via Etnea. Communication with the person that runs the place was good. The entrance to this place is down a dirty and dark alley. The building is run down and it has NO LIFT. There was an old guy waiting for us who insisted on lifting our suitcase up the stairs, it did not look safe for him.

The room was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location as the room overlooks Via Etnea. When we arrived we were shocked and disappointed to find that the entrance to the b&b is in an alley and the common entrance to the block is dingy with no lift.

Brilliantly. We enjoyed it at Syracuse by train. No problem travel I thought first of all the city bit poor

Great Central location. Room lovely. If noise is a problem you are above a busy square.

I can't recommend it enough! Everything was great. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect, and the people were polite and helpful.

A pleasant, spacious apartment in the heart of a bustling city, bustling until the morning. The charm of true Sicily.Plus - providing a taxi to the airport for a very early flight. Access to the house, but we counted on the fact that it is an old house. For us it had a charm, so we do not complain about anything.

A little difficult to find and access initially. Quite a bit of street noise.

location in general was good but very noisy as we stay on weekend and too many people outside till late night and street cleaning cars also were working all the night. staff was friendly but breakfast was very bad as it include only one croissant and cup of coffee and we needed to go to some Cafe in the street. rooms were clean and quite big. the main entrance of the hotel was very bad, as it was placed on very dirty street. we hardly recognize that it was entrance and practically it was full of carbage. suggest hotel should take care of this area.

Perfectly located in the hart of the city. Airport bus stop almost in front of hotel. Big room with nice square view (Stesicoro room). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location in centre of town, helpful people Raymondo & another guy carried our bags up & down the stairs for us as there is no lift, great breakfast at cafe across the road - nice ham & cheese pastry good coffee

We fell absolutely in love with the location, in the heart of Catania!
