Pluses: location (12 min walk to Piazza del Duomo), friendly staff, cleanliness (I am picky and the place is well cleaned) Minuses: small room, small bathroom, very hard pillow (and I can usually sleep on anything)

Excellent breakfast

Great location, only 100m from Via Etnea the main avenue of Centro Historico. An old style elevator was there to lift our luggage into our big, high ceiling, triple room. It was tidy and clean, staff were very welcoming and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was varied. Nothing really, everything went fine and as expected

Excellent location, very welcoming staff. Cozy rooms.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room Great location

This hotel was very charming with historical furnishings. The location was perfect as it was close to the main square and walkable to everything in the city center. They arranged an airport transportation for 30 Euros. The room was clean and the ac worked great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had drinks on hand for purchase and immediately replaced the hairdryer when ours stopped working. The breakfast was not the best but we enjoyed the coffee and fruit.

The room, the place, the people working there were excellent Wifi connection, although there are two available they connect and disconnect so it is not reliabled. I had to buy cell phone coverage.

Everything was very good. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was friendly. I very much liked the breakfast terrace. Ream value for money

Traveling alone (on this leg of my trip) I needed to stay a day and half because of a late flight. The 4 receptionists, and the hotel owner, I met were ALL so welcoming, friendly, and took special care to make my stay very enjoyable. This hotel staff creates a "family" feeling if you choose to get to know them. Situated in the heart of restaurants, it is a good location. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay that I was originally not looking forward to .

Location and room size Hard to find
-
Great location near the sights of Catania in a beautiful baroque building with an elevator. Ample breakfast included if you choose that rate. Know which one you are booking! TV but not a smart TV. Spaciousness of the room and bathroom was appreciated! Comfortable bed. Very clean, and towels were refreshed daily. Staff very helpful and booked us a taxi for very early pick up on day of departure. Every hotel should offer two kinds of pillows: a firm pillow and a softer pillow so guests can choose their preference. This hotel did not offer the softer, unfortunately. Some decor on the walls would have been nice. The room is quite bare.

Close to bus stop , tidy assigned room was beside the reception, I could hear all that was going on
-
good position in the city center, large room size, personnel very friendly. breakfast was ok, The hotel occupies two floors of an old historic building that needs to be renovated, although the hotel’s premises have been recently refurbished.

Tourist area and lots of beautiful markets!

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, Giovanni and the guy in the dining room. They were very attentive. The room was clean and spacious. Location was great.

Neighbourhood was a bit sketchy
-
very friendly staff very central location with all the pros and cons that come with that bus stop 10 yards from front door left out of front door across main road to a nice park right out of front door couple off alleys along to whole alley full of nice restaurants good breakfast choice big room with very nice high ceiling and chandelier clean and spacious bathroom room had a funny foreign wiff although slightly better when air freshener plugged in could have done with a small kettle and a few coffee sachets

It was a bit too noisy in the morning because our room was next to the reception.

Staff were excellent, helpful and considered all requests. The rooms are not very soundproof and there was quite a lot of mouse but this died down later and didn’t stop me sleeping. It was maybe a little far from the centre?
