Air conditioning worked great, they upgraded our room to ocean view for free. Parking was a little challenging getting in and out. Elevator was slow , 15 minute walk to Metro and the one we walked to was closed…took uber and was only $15 euro to downtown . We were on 3rd floor and there was a big party on the roof till midnight. They gave us free parking to make up for the noise. The Provided shampoo/body wash was bad smell.

The property was clean and comfortable. The management at the roof top restaurant.

The room was as shown, spacious and with good cleaning service. The property is listed with parking for €10 per day on Booking. However, it was not available on our first day. We had to find a parking space on the street and enter the hotel garage later. That is misleading, as we booked this property because it promises parking. This is important in Catania, where the street parking is like a war zone. Secondly, we had a room on the first floor with a balcony, and each morning there were cirater buds and ashes on the furniture. The cleaning was not cleaning the balcony every day. The hotel is older and a bit run down.

Nothing
-
It is in front of the sea The breakfast was served in a windowless basement instead of on the terrace where there is the sea view
-
There's no public transport to take you back to the historical center, there's no shampoo

Our room was great ? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach, such as it was. The only complaint was the traffic but it provided us with entertainment. Traffic was pretty continuous. But didn't detract in any way with our stay.

Great location, nearby good restaurants and the water. Appreciated cleanliness of room each day! Room was very spacious and loved the free breakfast in the mornings. The jacuzzi was not working when we arrived. Water splattered everywhere. Told front desk and they told us to fill it up all the way and try again but didn’t want to risk making a mess again and it had a terrible smell.

Access to hotel is a little bit tricky if you are arriving from the airport.

Loved this hotel as bookends for our 10-day trip to Sicily. Luxurious, spacious room with a balcony was perfect. Great shower! The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. They arranged taxi service to the airport, and it was 25 euros. Delicious breakfast included on the rooftop with nice views. Great location. We walked to the market and explored the city easily. Took a day trip to Mt. Etna from here using a private tour guide. I thought an airport shuttle was included. It cost 45 euros in a cab to the hotel.

Staff were very friendly, courteous and informative. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety. The roof top restaurant was nice with a view of the sea. Location was a little out of the way, a good distance from the center and historic parts of the city. There were a limited number of restaurants around the hotel. Stayed on the 3rd floor under the roof top restaurant and it was very noisy from sliding chairs and tables during breakfast(6:30 to 8:00)and supper(20:00 to 23:30) times.

Staff helpful Roof top bar Reception Other peoples rooms with sea view and balcony Small dark room

The staff is very welcoming, the view of the see was perfect, the neighborhood is seifer than odher places of the city. -nothing

Every thing was great, except having a night club on the roof top, our room was right under it , no sleep till 1am!
-
The breakfast was excellent. There was a large variety of breakfast items to choose from. The view from the rooftop restaurant was beautiful. The area around the hotel was a little on the seedy side. Although the rooftop bar view was beautiful, our room was on the first floor and you could see the graffiti on some places when you had a closer view.

My hotel room was very clean!

Very clean and comfortable. I had just flown that am to the area. I asked about the restaurants on the premises. I was told they were completely booked because of an air show that afternoon. I was not allowed even takeout to my room. I was a paying customer staying there. Not even a bottled water in my room. I was given the names of 2 other restaurants in the area. I attempted to go to them and was refused because I was alone. So there was no food!! Very disappointed and will not stay there again. ?

Seemed newly renovated, clean, great view, great roof top restaurant with wonderful view to both Etna and the sea, very well located and very nice smilling staff. Very very noisy. Guests from the other rooms were not respecting at all the quite hours, shouting on the hallway at 00.30, also in the morning at 6 AM, smashing doors and so on. We could not rest almost at all during our stay so if you have a sensitive child as well, from this perspective I was not happy.
