Hotel staff was great. The host arranged us a parking spot in front of the hotel and we did not lose time by searching parking place. Breakfast was excellent with several options and warm conversation with the host.

The balcony was nice. Nice breakfast. Did not care for the location and steep steps to get into property.

Location, cleanliness- very comfortable 1. There was no iron and the staff would leave in the evening so there wouldn’t be anyone to speak to. There were shampoos but no body gels in the bathroom which was strange.

The property is small with only a couple lf rooms but cosy, it modern decorated, very nice and you have everything you need. The location is 5min walk to the city center, so very easy and fast to get to all nice places and restaurants / bars. The fully appreciate all the support and dedication of the host, very involved and helped make our stay very pleasant ! This in not a negative on the property, but be carefull with the Tratoria Il Mylos (across the street) because it is a tourist trap - AVOID !!! Better ask the owner for food recomandations, just to be safe.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean - the location was close to many of the main attractions. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It had a great variety.

The attention to service, communication, and comfort from this family owned guest house was exceptional. The breakfast was also outstanding. There was nothing about our stay that we did not like.

We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us in finding a car hire, which made our trip much easier. Late check-in was smooth and well organized, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. We really appreciated that this is a family-run business – everyone was helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very good; they always asked what kind of sweets we preferred, and the bakery products were always fresh. The coffee served at breakfast was proper, real coffee, which we also liked. As it was Christmas time, they paid special attention to details like serving panettone, which was a really nice touch. They also helped us in the morning when we needed to pick up our car, which was very convenient. The hosts were happy to give recommendations about sights and places to visit in Catania, and they even provided us with a separate map. We stayed in contact via WhatsApp before arrival, which was very helpful for coordinating check-in and knowing when the room was ready. Even though there is no permanent reception, this was never an issue – we didn’t miss anything and had no problems coming and going.

If the room has the balcony to the street is a bit noisy during the night (cars and motorbikes) and the curtains do not protect entirely from the lighr

The noice cancelation is not perfect, but this is not a big deal.

Exceptional

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Some form of sound proofing, I couldn’t sleep most of the night due to the outside noise/traffic.

Salvatore and his family were a great host, we had a lovely stay in a really great room (double shower!!) Good Restaurant Recommendations. We Had the pleasure to have half an hour with Salvatore after breakfast who should alternatively have chosen a career path as a comedian - Super fun guy. We also learned a lot about Catania and Catanians in the discussipn. Thanks again!!

Salvio is a great host he even drove me to the airport! Highly recommend Plebis for either a shirt or long visit in Sicily

We enjoyed the B&B. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the city centre. The breakfast was good and the hosts were really helpful and entertaining. The hosts can e.g. book you a day-trip to the Etna. And we were driven to the airport to get our rental car, which was super nice (and cheaper than a taxi would have been). A great accomodation if you want to visit Catania for a couple of days. -in our bathroom (specchi-room), a piece of furniture or sth else for storage would have been helpful. we had to place some of our cosmetics on the floor -our room was quite loud at the night. it's the traffic from outside, so there is nothing the hosts can do about it. you should just know that it's not a quiet quarter of Catania
