Location and host’s responsiveness

Very good

The room itself was overall clean. AC in the room. Free coffee machine in the shared hallway. There was a mold in the bathroom and around the window in the room. Bed linen had some stains on them. The street was terrifying.

Very good location, on a small quiet street next to the Benedictine Monastery and 10minutes walking from the historical center. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Heating in the winter was with an A/C and worked perfectly. It’s not easy to park in the small streets around but we found it very easy to park at the “Parcheggio R1 AMTS” 10mins walking from the B&B. The parking is supervised 24/7 and costs around 10€ for a complete day and 4€ if you only park for the night. So in the end parking is not a problem at all.

Localisation is great Not enough toilet paper and there is no one to ask for more. Unfortunately there is no staff to help with coffee machine. There is no parking in this facility despite the description

Nothing, all perfect

Location in the centre, close to historic places but not at the main street so it's definitely calmer. Generally it was OK for 2 nights. The photos show the place as newer, cleaner and brighter. We didn't have an option to enter to the tarrace. Breakfast was proposed for 15 euro - 3 things like cornetti or arancini. When I said no, it dropped to 7. There was a "mini bar" with water and option to make a tea but we got confused as it was 3 euro stated on the price list. Communication with the person responsible for our stay on WhatsApp was hard and annoying - we asked 3 for resending the video of entrance as it was not working. At least it was intuitive to fin a key and enter the code.

Clean, cozy place in a good location for an ok price. Charging 7 euros for "breakfast" which is one piece of pastry is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and buy it for yourself for 2 euros.

Very central location No communication with the owner, only through whatsapp and i was informed of having to pay the tourist tax after i had already checked out Very noisy, can hear the front door slam closed, room on ground floor and cleaners talking loudly in the morning behind the door No breakfast or luggage storage possibility, can find much better value apartments for the same price

Exceptional

The location was great. The self check in was easy. The air conditioning was on for us when we arrived. It was clean. One of our mornings at 8am the cleaning ladies where talking so loud and they woke us up. Otherwise everything was good as we expected it.

Clean, AC Dont get distracted with all these pretty photos of terase and balcony, you can use it only in the morning for breakfast. During the day its locked and you live downstairs. (We didnt get there a single time!) Communication of Vincenzo. We had a lot of questions about the safety, travel and using the balcony. He just gave us info for acommodation and stopped answering the whole week during our holiday.

It's a small room but in a very quiet and close location to the centre. Check-in was very easy and fast. The room was spacious and clean.

The owner does not respond to the requests and question. You could see, that they have read the message, but they are ignoring it.

Beautiful clean room and bathroom

The room was clean okay I had really bad experience from the owner. The room was clean and perfect. The host texted me 2 weeks before my actual stay to enquire about my check in time at the property. On the app it shows at 11 am. I asked her whether I can check in before or I will come at 11. But she offered me airport pick for extra money and I said no as I can manage the travel myself. And she didn’t mention about the check in time as well. Later after 1 week she again asked me the same and I said that I will come at 11 am as mentioned on the booking.com app. But she didn’t mention about the time once again she again offered me airport pickup by taxi for a cheaper rate , for which I again denied as I can reach the property myself . And on the day of arrival I texted her by 10 am that I will reach there by 11 . She said that she would reply me when the room is ready. And at 11 am she told me that at 12:15 I can check-in which is already late according to the mentioned time on the app. But when we reached the property at the time at 12:20 the room was not ready yet and the lady was just started to clean the room. She asked to leave the luggage and back after 1 hour.and then the room was ready. Even though she texted me enquiring my check-in time 2 weeks before but still she made as to wait for 2 hours is unacceptable. She was only focusing on making extra money by offering airport taxi pick-up.

Owner was not there. He asked me a ID documents to send by phone but my internet did not functioned. So he refused to stay though I was there with my passport. It was 21:30.
