Everything! The place is amazing, the rooms have so much details. A lot of work was allocated to this hotel. And Gilles is an amazing host. He gave us some amazing holiday suggestions to visit restaurants, wine tours and nice villages around. Cannot say anything.

The owner will personally check you in, show you to your room, and give you lots of great recommendations throughout the area. Wealth of knowledge on restaurants and things to do.

Incredible B&B in Provence. Filled with lovely antiques and furnishings. Spacious rooms and glamorous bath. Breakfast on the patio was a treat. Wide selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and juices. Plus the local Cavaillon melon confiture. Our hosts, Gilles and Valerie, were the most generous and interesting couple. They gave us perfect suggestions on villages and sites to visit, when and where the markets were and where to park. Vistas not to be missed and wine to be tasted. Plus dinning recommendations and reservations. We look forward to a return stay.

215 is a stylish, comfortable, inviting and delightful destination. The owner, Giles, offered a warm welcome (despite our late arrival) and served up an astounding breakfast before our departure. He is justifiably proud of his extensive work to save and improve the historic building in the center of Cavaillon. This place is a great find---not to be missed.

Our stay at La 215 Gambetta was nothing short of perfection. The owner is incredibly charming and clearly pours their heart and soul into this place. Every corner of the interior is thoughtfully curated, and each apartment welcomes you with a wonderful, signature scent. ​What truly blew us away was the hospitality. The breakfasts were a gourmet dream—perfection on a plate. The owner’s dedication to high-quality, culinary details and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere is remarkable. On top of that, they were so helpful with local recommendations and tips. A truly unforgettable experience!"

Le 215 Gambetta is a beautiful gem in Cavaillon. Gilles, the owner is an excellent host and put on a fabulous breakfast every morning. The hotel is lovely and he has taken great care with every detail in the rooms. The rooms are also very large. The back garden area where breakfast was served is lovely as well. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it!

It is a very unique and special place with lots of character. The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person he recommended us a very good restaurant and lots of nice place to visit. The breakfast was cery good as well.

Gilles, the owner of Le 215 Gambetta boutique hotel, is an amazing host. Gilles greeted us so warmly upon our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our time getting to know him and learning about the history of the hotel. Gilles provided us with a map of the region and lots suggestions for visiting nearby historic towns. We slept very well in the beautifully decorated guest room. The breakfast that Gilles served us was sumptuous and beyond compare. We enjoyed everything!

Le 215 Gambetta is an absolutely beautiful restored hotel. The craftsmanship, decor, and attention to detail is just stunning. We stayed in the king suite and it was huge- the size of an apartment- with beautiful furnishings, the most comfortable bed and lovely linens. However, the best part was our host Gilles- who is a wonderful and engaging host who dedicates himself to pleasing the guest. From the complimentary bottle of wine, detailed local travel itinerary, providing parking arrangements to the amazing morning breakfast- Gilles made us feel so special. If we ever make it back to this part of the world again, we’d come back to Le 215 Gambetta in a heartbeat!?

This hotel is so unique - it has a beautifully curated space but it is the owner Gilles who makes your stay so memorable. From his welcoming tour, restaurant recommendation (including calling to make it), which local villages to visit, to the amazing breakfast spread he provides- Gilles was magnifique!

We totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Hosts Valerie and Gilles, who also makes breakfast, are very kind and helpful. The hotel and rooms are nicely decorated with many nice details. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Terrace behind the hotel where the breakfast is served is just perfect. Breakfast was delicious. We are coming again for sure!

It was absolutely wonderful. Gilles is the best host, the property is super stylist the breakfast is delicious he is so friendly and it was a great stay. The town isn’t the cutest of the ones around but it’s very central and easy to get around.
