Great location. Room was big but barely had any natural light, just a tiny sliver of a window. Otherwise facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was attentive and friendly and made every effort to accommodate any requests I made or answer any questions I had. The location is really good. It is on a quiet street in an artist neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxed, chill vibe that’s still close enough to the action as well as historical sites, this may be the place for you. Bonus, they have a small koi pond out front which is a lovely place to sit. Wish my room had a bigger window and that the hotel restaurant had more vegetarian and/or vegan options.

The staff Wifi was almost useless. No signal on TV for 3 day Water was never hot. On its best was warm After few days they brought me a mini fridge. Their excuse was you should ask , it's not default.

No kettles in the room. No helping staff. One teapacket in the reception cost 70 pesos. Far to go to find something and the staff dont know if i ask where to eat. I had payed for the breakfast, but no even i proved it by showing breakfast included.

No daily cleaning of the room. I hang the pls clean up sign on the door but when I got back no cleaning done. No daily supply of toiletries. I have to ask.

It would’ve been better if the tv is in good condition (audio cracks so bad, it’s hardly to hear and understand), the fridge didn’t though they offered to fix it but it was too late already.
