I just expected the same way we used when we stayed before, but that was years ago. There should be another sheet before you put on the wooden blanket, because we felt that it is itchy for your skin. Not good for people who have asthma like me. There should be a set of a kettle and cups so if you want hot water you can boil water. The shower taps are very confusing what to turn on to get a good shower. The bidet water tap is placed underneath the toilet rolls, which is not good. It wets the toilet rolls. The tap in the basin when it is open will wet you for there is no control.

I am a returning customer, because i love the laid-back calm style of Casa Rosario. Its located very close to Ozmena Circle, but still on a side road with less traffic and less noise!

The rooms were very clean. Very accessible and the location is near a 7-eleven store so we can buy things that we need. If only there is an electric kettle and the restaurant opens early too.

Cost was cheap. Price was okay for those who want a reasonably priced accommodation. Some parts of the room were worn out such as the ceiling. Windows to the side didn't have any lock.

I like the bed, large and comfy. I also like the room with balcony. Hope they have their cable TV installed back. Also, hope the hotel can give free water to guests.

The hotel is undergoing vast renewal so it is not so fair to talk about dust sheets throughout the reception area etc. But I was welcomed by the receptionist, checked in quickly and efficiently. Although there were workmen there all working hours I can honestly say that I never heard them and they posed no problem for me entering or leaving the hotel. I had planned to eat out anyway so the fact that the restaurant and bar were closed was not a problem. I had an issue connecting to the WiFi, It was the over protective Windows 10 not allowing me access to the hotspot in order to "Save" me from the un-certified connection, I think I could have got around the issue eventually but before I could the receptionist resolved the problem for me. Any other details - well ask me again when they have finished refurbishment, I will be staying there again.

Located near major shopping and tourist sites, but on a more quiet back road. Room was very large.
