There was a wait for breakfast every morning. Also, they don’t have plant based milk available. You have to request it and they do not label the food on the buffet so if you are vegetarian vegan or have any type of allergy, this is really tricky however, they are very hospitable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location just a few steps away from the Ayala mall. The pool has been closed for months, I know coz i stayed here before and they said the pool was under renovation, until now it’s still not finished. so many constructions ongoing just beside the hotel and it could get really noisy and dusty. I booked a club room for the perks but their breakfast doesn’t have much choices

General location good, room comfortable, staff helpful and pleasant. This hotel is NOT as advertised, active construction/hotel addition affects several things including size of breakfast area, walk to Ayala through public parking structure, swim pool partner is across the street and must be accompanied - not DISCLOSED via Booking, or on the Hotel website, so very disappointed. I would not stay here again until construction is complete - the experience, at this price, is totally compromised. The Value is poor against competitors.

The property was beautiful. Rooms were clean, spacious, quiet. I loved the touches of body gel, shampoo and conditioners provided in shower. The touch of sealed toothbrushes w/toothpaste. I loved whatever laundry detergent they use because the towels smells so good. Workers are so friendly, professional, sweet and accommodating. We stayed for 4 nights but we really needed to use the air conditioner on our second day and found out it wasn’t working so they moved us to a room in the 12th floor (1217) which was a brighter and had a bigger window BUT! The bed was so lumpy (seriously, you can see big lumps and bumps on the mattress). I woke up the next day with back aches. On our last night I didn’t sleep on the bed, I slept on the chase lounge. If all that didn’t happen, I would’ve given this place a perfect score. It’s a beautiful, classy hotel.

very strategic location, staffs are friendly and nice, room is clean and the bed is comfy. breakfast is yummy and location is near to convenient stores and markets. swimming pool upgrade is too slow.. been here for mutiple times and the pool upgrade is still not yet done.

Clean and the staff at front desk are really nice! Am just not satisfied with the service at the breakfast buffet. Not sure if they were short staffed or something.

The staff are so accommodating and very attentive. I like their buffet breakfast. The staff are amazing! The staff at the front who never fails to open the door and open/closes car/taxi doors for you None at all
