Good location close to IT PARK. Super friendly staff, all of them ??? It's an older hotel, so might need some renovation but good value anyway. Nice place for a few days ? ?

The staff was very helpful. We accidentally ledt one of our bags in the room and didn't realize it till days later but they kept it safe for us.

Great location in the center of Cebu city. Staff was friendly. The room was not sufficiently clean. There were stains on the curtains, black hairs on the floor and in the bed, stains all over the bathroom, and bad smell. Also, the rooms are not sufficiently isolated and you can literally hear everything that people in your neigh rooms are doing (breathing in their sleep, talking, …).

I like the location of the hotel, very near to cebu it park you can just walk straight to it. ver near to shops, convenient stores and even restaurants and bars. I got problem with the water, its not hot. i ask them to transfer me to another room but still the water wasnt hot.

The place was nice, but I found the bathroom sliding door a bit of a struggle to open. It would also be a huge improvement to add blinds to the bathroom window—it would help with privacy and block out the bright morning light that wakes you up in the bedroom area.

Sewage smell at the entrance and the surroundings outside of the entrance. Parking is tight. Internet connection for Globe data is slow, it was challenging to work remotely with the internet situation.
