maybe add extra electrical socket for charging, there are only around 3 sockets in the room the other one is in the bathroom when you have or 4 people in the room charging is difficult who goes first especially if the person have 1 or more mobile phones.

Old furniture and keep the aircon on when you leave the room. Can charge electronics while you're out too

I liked that the location is accessible to all. Nothing at all.

The bathroom doesn't have a dipper. It's kinda hard if you need to use a dipper and then there's nothing.

The location and stuff I stayed in two different rooms during my stay. Room 210 (Standard) had no windows and no hot water. I then moved to Room 215 (Deluxe), with more extra money which also had no hot water, and the toilet had no running water for cleaning — I had to use toilet paper only. It was a horrible experience. I reported these issues several times to the receptionist, but no action was taken. They only kept apologizing without providing any real help. The restaurant has several food choices but not everything is available.

Facilities are outdated. Had some rash breakout on my skin after sleeping at night. Allergies came out the next morning. I feel like there could be dust mites or bed bugs on the bed. It seems not clean. No bidet as well in the comfort room. I also left my watch in the room, messaging the property but no response as well.

The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and always ready with recommendations or a warm smile. Overall, dining at Golden Valley Hotel was a wonderful experience that enhanced my stay. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the food and atmosphere here are sure to impress. That said, one area that could be improved is the room layout—specifically, the bathroom. While everything was clean and functional, the bathroom felt a bit too small and cramped, especially if you're staying for more than a night or traveling with a partner. A little extra space or better layout design would definitely enhance the comfort of the stay.
