Staff is very attentive to guest

There is no hair dryer.

The room was clean when we came and the staff were helpful. When we asked them to clean the room it took them 2 nights to take action. Also the internet functionality is not consistent during our stay. They don’t provide a water heater in the room, no refrigerator either.

The staffs are friendly The bidet is dirty, may natira pang mga buhok. The blanket is too short, not enough to the both of us, made me uncomfortable while sleeping and made me awake from time to time at midnight. They only gave 1 pair of slippers, 1 soap and 1 shampoo but the room (deluxe room) is good for 2. There is also only 1 chair..

I love almost everything about them. I didn't mind the neighborhood. It was still safe. Everything is truly clean and classy. I loved the staff and everything about the hotel. Hoping to experience breakfast at the Hotel soon. I'll surely come back. The bath tub tho. I can't soap my feet because it gets slippery. It is still manageable anyway. I'll surely come back. ?

Absolutely clean. Really large family room. All worked as it should: doors, shower, water heating, fridge, AC, beds, ventilation, lights. All! That's not often happening in cheaper hotels in Philippines. So thumbs up for well maintained and clean hotel. For me this means alot. Kind of misplaced hotel. Questionable area.

Big space

Staff tried to be accommodating with some issues, breakfast server was nice. Cold AC and mostly clean room. Completely out of touch with current and common hotel amenities and quality in service. This may be the only hotel on the planet that does not have an ice machine or ice anywhere in the property, or any access to cold beverages in room other than ordering delivered. No drinking water available except for water cooler at breakfast, and incredibly bad breakfast. Somehow their cook doesn't know how to scramble eggs properly. Menu items not available and upcharge for everything to go with breakfast that would normally be included. One plate with one egg omelette and a pile of white crunchy rice is NOT a breakfast. One coffee and one water glass of powdered orange juice mix for two people to share. WTF? Server had to run to the store twice to get ingredients for breakfast that was supposed to be included with a room we booked over a month ago. Incredibly noisy in the halls and outside the window ALL night. Sounded like some sort of buzzer from above intermittently all night. Ambulances, dogs, roosters, people training dogs, laughing, moving furniture...... Above and outside the room, all night. Staff was nice but completely inept or untrained to handle simple customer issues. Internet weak and unable to stay connected for more than 10 minutes at a time and so slow that apps all time out while logging in. Hardest foam mattress that I've ever encountered in a hotel and sheets that were to small for the bed, blanket cover was too small for bed as well. Foam pad pillows flat and nearly useless. Defective power outlet fried my laptop and phone charger, even with converter attached. Irregular current so nothing would charge. Lovely view of trash and metal roof squatter community outside windows on second floor. Tub and shower ancient and water pressure so low that it was difficult to shower. Tv from late 90s, old and had rca jack connections only for media. Residents of Philippines, so completely aware of local standards and what to expect for that rate.

location seems unsafe if i need to go out at night; ive been to many budgetels with free breakfast but with this property, it looked like a kiddie meal with the crispy dilis.

No soap, didn't provide wifi password, no complimentary water or coffee

Booked 2rooms for 3nights but nobody clean our rooms during our stay.
