The room was fairly small but for the price and the location it was pretty good deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A/C was cold, TV was huge, overall not a bad price for what you get. Decent room for a short and budget friendly stay. Not much to complain about the room was fairly clean and comfortable enough staff was very friendly

Only the location. The staff are inconsiderate. They called us 4:00am in the morning just to move our car, when it was their fault in the first place for placing their motorcycle behind our car! We asked for 2 additional comforter but only one arrived. We asked for additional towels, also only 1 arrived.

The room is average. Clean and the bed is comfortable. There are no toothbrushes, slippers, or blowers. Cleaning of room is free of charge. They will change the towels and bedsheet too. Location is perfect. Fast food, ATM machines, bank, Robinsons mall, coffee shop, laundry shop, and hospital are walking distance and near to Hotel Stella. The Staff are accommodating. Called for breakfast and they delivered it to our room. Requested an extra bed but it is not available at the time we checked in. The receptionist offered an upgrade with lower price. Which is I am grateful. The mini fridge in one of our room is not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. The door is not opening but they fixed it. Even though their window type AC is loud, I was able to sleep because I am tired from all day tour.

The room was okay, but the bathroom/toilet needs to be looked into and cleaned. Internet connection/wifi not working in our room.

So-so for a budget hotel. Shower and heater was somehow broken.

The room, The location and the bed was very comfy.

All the hotel staff were very accommodating. Although there was a typhoon during the time I stayed, everything still went well the hotel had its own generators and there was no power and water interruption. Prices of the foods are affordable and the location was very easy for transportation. None so far

The room posted online was not the room I got. The Hot shower was not functioning. and the curtains were dusty.

The ventilation of the room is not that good. In pictures, rooms look like spacious but its not. Towels smells clean but looks old already. But for the price it is ok.

Staff are kind Location is ok Poor facilities No hair dryer and if you request for it, you will be charge 90 pesos per day No flat iron even if you are willing to pay for it. The toilet bowl keep getting clogged Shower is not getting hot nor functioning The room has no window. The aircon is not cooling especially on our 1st night. No wifi/ internet.

It is very accesible. A lot of restaurants nearby. It’s near the Capitol as well. The hot shower isn’t working.

Staff at the reception they are friendly and helpful. Everytime I visit Cebu, I always choose to book Hotel Stella. Was afraid after flushing the toilet, it took time to stop the water flow after you flush it
