Room facilities don't meet my expectations based on the pictures posted. Beds are not that clean and the Aircon is giving loud noise. However it's budget friendly and room space is comfortable.

There were no deck chairs at the pool and it was in the shade all the time. The hot water heater didn’t work and the ac was very noisy and couldn’t be adjusted. The water pressure was very low

The reception staff were accommodating, our inquiries were properly entertained. Also, the guard on duty & utility personnel were helpful every time we need their assistance. The comfort room has no bidet, also no dipper to use. The old appliances like the refrigerator looks untidy in the room due to rust. The way to the hotel is dark at night since there is no street lights.

the receptionist was amazing during our entire stay. no kitchen/ restaurant to order dood but they said we can advice them in advance so they can prepare

The staff are very friendly and you can approach them easily. The hotel is nice and affordable it's worth to stay

I saw cockroach in the bathroom. No free bottled water inside the room, they will just put kettle and 2 cups for you then you need to go to the 3rd floor to refill the kettle if you want to drink water for free. old facilities the smell of the room is very evident that the hotel is so old and not well maintained. during our check out, if I didn't ask for follow up if they're done checking the room so we can go home, the frontdesk did not bother asking/coordinating with the person in charge for room check. It took so long that I need to ask for an update. During check in the one who assisted me looked not happy with her job. Maybe she's tired idk.

This place met my needs just fine. Comfy bed and working WIFI. Good location in IT park area. the lounge when you check in has a weird vibe, bit of a rundown feeling

Basically the hotel looks very dated. The rooms are old. The whole building needs to be renovated. They serve breakfast using paper plates. No bidet/ water dipper. There’s an end time if you’re bringing guests.
