Great location, close to Osmena Circle. Robinsons department store is great to do your shopping as long as you don't mind stairs to get there. Talking about the pedestrian overpass. The pedestrian overpass to get to Robinsons. It was tougher than I thought. Great exchange rates at the money exchangers in Robinsons though.

The only downside during my stay was the wifi. The connection in my room waa slow and it keeps on disconnecting. The smart TV also was of almost no use because it doesn’t connect automatically to the wifi and the wifi connection was not so strong.

AC does not seem to work well. It is still hot in the room despite setting the AC to 16c. Also, rooms are dark, not enough lighting.

It was okay once we got the room cooled off, if the motel key is not in the slot inside the room the air condition does not work, it was extremely hot and took a bit to cool off but after that everything was okay. Breakfast was decent. Staff were amazing justin have very many things to do. Mostly the air conditioner arriving in the room after a 22-hour flight, most definitely hot, location was a bit off

Location only I stay 4 nights , after 3dsy request to clean my room , no bedsheets change , even towel mat not change , breakfast included , the portions of breakfast is a joke, very small portions, , I booked twins bedroom , so take two break fast , in pictures saw two breakfast portions not one , two breakfast only one bread piece and portion of cheese

A packed breakfast sandwich was provided at 4am for our early tour on the first day, which we really appreciated. On the third day, since we had another tour scheduled, the hotel kindly allowed us to avail of the complimentary breakfast in the evening. Limited menu selection for breakfast (no fish)

Nothing. All was disaster. The room that we had smells like a newly paint, we dont have a complimentary water it was empty when we came in I already inform the staff regarding this but no actions taken. Their towel was like a rug it was supposed to be white but it turns out its almost brown. The additional tissue needs to be paid but gives you just a little. They only have a cash options for the deposit. The staff get my ID and forget to return it to me but nobody called me to inform that it was on their possession. I am the one who call them just to ask them if it is there. This is the worst hotel i ever book under booking.com.
