it's location to the event i attended i originally booked their ambassador suite & i was surprised they upgraded me to presidential. i was initially happy. hoewever though, said presidential suite was so antiquated!!! the room smelled very old, the bathrobe hanging in the closet was threadbare! i had to request for freshly laundered bathrobes!!! the ones they gave were still threadbare. my husband said the robe was so itchy!!! everything was beyond old!!! and the bathroom -- water was dripping from the ceiling the entire 2 nights of our stay. i had to use all the towels to line the bathroom floor bcause i was afraid i might fall. see the picture attached. & dont start me about the shower head, omg. in all honesty, waterfront badly badly needs to do something about their rooms already. even the hallway in the 5th floor where the suites are situated looks haunted, lights were so dim, corners were dark!!! & the carpet smelled so bad!!! WATERFRONT, WAKEUP!!!!

I think there is a misunderstanding ,my sisters room’s extra bed supposed to be taken off in their room but for some reason they didn’t or forgot and I have to pay extra 2k for that. Overall everything is good.

Amazing staff - everyone is so polite and helpful. Truly unexpected but appreciated. If only they had stronger WiFi in the room would make this stay a 10. Good value.

Proximity to important venues and malls. My suki na.. Old carpets; toilet bowls that sometimes won’t flush.

Loved the gym, buffet and pool. Staff is all very friendly and courteous WiFi could be better, and the aircon does not get very cool

The lobby area has restaurant and bar which proved to be an excellent place to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s marketed as a luxury hotel and it does look like it in the public areas. However the furnishings in the my room seem simple and dated, especially the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures seem older, with a tub that drained very slowly.
