The rooms are spacious with refrigerator, microwave, stove and washing machine. The staffs were so courteous. With swimming pool and gym. The location is okay, but no short distance food place or convenient store. The fixtures are outdated, you can hear the A/C behind close door where the washing machine is located too. The sockets needs to be replaced.

The only thing I did not like was the bed frame. Need for repair..may tunog po pag you get out and get back into bed.

Location is good, near the Tech area. But the residence itself is at the end of a dead-end road. To reach the rest of the area, you have to walk all the way around the neighborhood, which is a 15-20 minute walk... just to reach the start of the area.

The place is really nice, the room/suite itself is pretty amazing. The place is super clean and calm during the night. The area is super quiet and safe! The only issue that I found is that the AC engine is installed in the same wall in where you sleep. The noise as you can imagine is HUGE. So time to time you need to stop the AC if the noise bothers you

the place is nice, it has everything you need for an extended stay. it’s actually in a good location in terms of proximity to IT Park and the malls but the privatization of streets makes what could be a 5 min walk across the block to access the tourist areas more like a 30-45 min walk.

The staff - super friendly and they allow pets which is super important to us since we have 2 fur babies Not really like but could be improved. If I haven’t reserved for parking before the stay, it could have been a problem.

Good that it's near Ayala Central Bloc and other places for tours. No bidet. Just hoping that they can add a bidet as an upgrade on the bathroom
