Nice property for an airport hotel. Breakfast was very good

Older property that is very well maintained. A little dated but not tired and worn. Very nice and priced more reasonably than others. I very much liked it. If you need brand new, it's not. If you want a place that is excellently cared for and clean, this is a great place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pricey in my opinion for what we ended up getting. Our room was so humid and smelled like wetness. The AC unit was off when we got in our room. There was a big stain on the floor and the room looked nothing like the pictures. I would’ve preferred a remodeled room if there was one available.

The rooms were clean. People were hanging in back hallways drinking with back door open. It said no pets but there was a big black dog coming out side door as we were coming in

Liked beds and Bathroom. Had issue with TV which was resolved. Air conditioner was blowing cool even when set at 78 degrees. Turned down to HEAT and had a good night.

The family and I made this injury our first stop on a 12-day road trip and it served it's purpose for one night. The pool, I'm told, was on the cool side, I'd guess 70 - 72 degrees. Hot tub was fine. Breakfast was what you'd expect for a free hotel breakfast. One thing kinda cool about breakfast was what I'll call a pancake printing machine - just hit the button and it'll spurt out two pancakes and cooks them both (one at a time) in about a minute. One negative thing: the info book in our room clearly had something spilled on it at some point in the past. It wasn't sticky or anything, but blurry and... mildewy? Gross, to be sure, but nothing else stood out about the room, which again was average or maybe a touch better than average. Would stay again, but would also consider seeing what else was around and priced similarly, if we wound up back in Cedar Rapids.

Shuttle service was excellent. Willie is so wonderful can’t say enough good about him.

Breakfast was good, hot tub was great

Were given wrong paper at check in. The room was dark and the bathroom door did not shut properly. Very little water pressure. Breakfast attendant was friendly but not much choice for food.

The room smelt old and musty. The furniture looks like it's from the 80's and had holes in the fabric showing the old brown padding. Sheets were not white. They had stains on them that looked like blood spots and yellow sweat stains. Beds are old and stained and were uncomfortable. I will never stay at a AmericInn again.

Comfortable bed, clean, close to the airport with a shuttle! Couldn't ask for more. I'll be back!
