We enjoyed our stay at this clean hotel!

Exceptional

The night before, we stayed in St. Louis MO at an Aloft hotel for double the cost with $30 per night parking in the hotels lot. Ugh. The Home2Suites was twice the hotel for half the price. Bravo. And NO I never write reviews but had to this time. Thanks for a great night’s sleep. 🙂

Fantastic breakfast. Worth staying here for the breakfast!

Clean room, great staff, paper thin walls and ceilings, could hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around at 3am, neighbors tv sound comes through the walls, definitely not as quiet as most hotels I’ve been in, yeah you’ll hear people in hallways but I’ve never heard people above me stomping around ever. For what you pay for a hotel stay nowadays you’d think they’d build them a lot quieter for a more enjoyable experience. Beds aren’t comfortable at all and the towels ARE as soft as sandpaper….blah. Never again.

Was nice clean newer-ish hotel. Nice breakfast. Spacious rooms and I loved having the kitchenette. Close to so many things.

Breakfast was not great, food quality very poor. Carpet stained and very worn. Beds very horrible!!!

Clean everything from lobby to rooms; friendly staff; warm and cold breakfast options; convenient location to many food and shopping options.

Staff was very friendly. Requested ground level and they were able to accommodate. Wish they had a hot tub. Breakfast was not good. And the smoke detectors on the ceiling blinked/flashed all night long.

The staff was great, rooms were clean. The only downfall was the breakfast. It could be a little better.

The location was convenient for our planned activities. Very poor customer service from the management. Hotel staff is nice, however the managers are poor communicators and shared incorrect information with the agents from Booking who were trying to help us. Additionally, there are signs around the lobby to remind construction workers to clean their boots. However, additional cleaning care and attention were not paid to mud and dirt spread throughout the hallways, elevators, and pool areas. All of the above made our stay disappointing even though we are Hilton Honors members. We thought that the Hilton brand was supposed to bring a certain level of customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the management of this particular Home 2 Suites convinced us in the contrary.
