Nice size room Very clean tile floors. Parking on site. Close to beach. Can walk easily up to the town. We arrived by car and were directed to drive thru 3 security gates to get to the on site parking where we were met by the desk gentleman and he directed us to our underground parking spot. He then said he would show us to our room and we were to leave our luggage in the car and return on our own for the bags. Since we were going to the room he could have at least took a bag and we could have carried some and saved us a trip back down to the garage, But we received no luggage help and we had to return to the garage on bring up our 6 bags on our own. He also showed us the air conditioning thermostat to cool the room which was very warm on arrival. After he left we turned on the AC but nothing happened. I went to the desk and he turned it on from his computer. After going out that day when we returned to the room the AC was off again and again I had to return to the desk to have it turned on. When we went to sleep that night the AC went off and I called the front desk again but received no answer. I left voice messages and never got and call back. After two hours the night person finally picked up and turned the AC back on. On our last day before we went to sleep I asked the desk to make sure the AC remained on that night. The desk person very kurtly repplied "Good Night Sir". This was the procedure during our few days there. Also late afternoons the WiFi is weak or don't exist. The front desk said it was unusual for our room location. Our room was situated facing a side street. Across the street is a childrens camp of some kind. Each day late afternoon about 100 children in maybe 4 groups of about 25 each dressed in different colors have some sort of competition and there was yelling and screaming as they played and competed. IF you return from the day out on the beach or an excursion and expect to rest before dinner make sure you don't get our room location. Lastly, the breakfast was not bad and not great, somewhere in between.

The view from our room and the proximity to beach and town. We also took advantage of the pool. I have nothing negative to say.

Convenience to everything! Staff was fabulous, especially Giavinni and the breakfast staff! Our breakfast was the perfect Italian breakfast experience I wish the gym had been a bit more updated with equipment

Great location and staff

Overall it was a perfect location, just slightly away from the restaurants and a very short way from the old city and the places to go . The beach area and beach walkway are right outside your door, including the places you can rent chaises and umbrellas if desired, or grab a bit or a drink . Groceries were 5 minutes away. It was still chilly at night and there was no option for heat or an extra blanket.

The staff is amazing! So welcoming and kind. Very clean and maintained. I had a urgent medical situation, I needed a wheelchair, a Doctor visit then a trip to the ER which they took care of without question. They treated us like family. ❤️ Nothing we did not like!

The hotel is located outside of the city center and offers free parking. A rarity in Cefalu. It's a very pleasant walk along the promenade into town, along the beach. The staff were very polite and attentive. The suite is a condo setting, with kitchen, a table and chairs and a sofa bed. There is a nice balcony facing the ocean. Breakfast is included and it was a lovely spread, lots of choices. Nothing too fancy, but way more than your typical U.S. chain. A great value for the money, in my opinion. We liked everything!

It was right off the beach close to historic district. Very spacious. Nice swimming pool and well appointed suite. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately only spent one night there and had to leave super early in am for airport . Would have liked to have stayed a bit longer and enjoyed amenities Had a really hard time figuring out how to access the property. Once we did, staff made everything simple

Having a terrace/balcony was wonderful and really made the room--ocean view is stunning in Cefalu! The shower was lovely. One of the best we had in Sicily. The breakfasts were huge and even quite nice for me, a vegan. Also, the staff was simply excellent--very friendly and helpful! The room smelled a bit of bleach (not terrible and perhaps there was a reason it was needed). Couch was very stiff and I'm not sure it would have been a great place to sleep if we had needed it.

We greatly appreciated Sara at the front desk who was very polite, professional and went out of her way to help us with transportation options. Cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. You hear constant car traffic noise at night if your room is in the back.
