Entertainment was very good, staff were lovely, food was amazing, nice and chilled but with plenty of entertainment.

My aim with two kids of 10-12 was to have a water park, pool, food that kids will eat, access to sea without crossing road or going out of property , interconnected rooms. This hotel met all, including night shows for kids and adults with very good entertainer. Food was none stop, with snack house and drinks both at the beach and the slides pool. No complain from hotel. Outsider vendors you need to watch out which has nothing to do with hotel I.e. a parasailing guy is just next to the hotel beach who is very rude and can ruin your day. People complain about internet, but it clearly said WiFi paid at rooms. Actually it went well with us as the kid were not sitting in the room with net.

The rooms were good, air con seemed fairly new and were working. The shows in the evening were very nice. The slides were nice but the bad thing about them is that you can use them 4 hours a day :(. The guest relation staff- Natalie - was very rude and managed to ruin our day. When she speaks she feels superior than you and looks at you like you are stupid. She might speak nicely with her russian people, but in english, she cannot have a conversation. In the middle of conversation she just went to get a coffee and then to smoke. WTF. We wanted to book the restaurant for 7 people. In the beginning she said “too many but I will make extra, no problem”. Then we procedeed with answering her questions, we had other issues with the room numbers that took a while etc. And after all that, she said “oh I forgot I don’t have place anyway, just for one room”. Ok, why on earth you made us waste our morning with your stupid questions, just to say no space, I don’t know. And to top it off, she didn’t even book that one room for the restaurant after we have been with her for 2 hours, choosing menus etc. The food was awful unfortunately. Me and my nephew had food poisoning, one day and one night we were very sick. The alcohol or the juices they use are not very good either. If you come here bring pills. The doctor here if you don’t have insurance, is 150€. You can pay everything here in euros/dollars- you can pay with the card but they don’t like that very much.

Horrible experience!!! We booked two rooms, requested more than a month in advance that we needed the rooms close to each other, as we have 2 little kids and I needed my parents to be close to me to help as I was on my own. When we arrived at the property, we were given rooms not only in different buildings, but also very far away from each other and on the second floor, there is no elevators, and with the double stroller it would not be possible to get to the 2nd floor by stairs. The solutions that was given was one family room that could fit us all, but it was not ideal. After our stay we received the final invoice from the property, which was 2,200 euros less than what I paid through booking, because of the unused room. The property is refusing to refund this amount for no specific reason. Horrible and disappointing experience. Do not recommend! There is a lot more I could say: dirty dishes, food that is cooked in the same oil over and over again, ants in the room, gym equipment that not only doesn’t work, but is dangerous, staff that doesn’t speak English, doctor that tries to scam you for money, and a lot more!

The carrot cake and fruit, even though you had to literally wait and grab it before it finished... Staff were rude, dismissive, didn't clean rooms regularly. food was repetitive, cold and just awful in tasting. Self service facilities I.e toaster and grill didn't work properly. The shopkeepers were rude. When we went to watch the evening show and said we were from England we were laughed at by the entertainers on stage like we were fools. The lifeguards are on their phones or talking to women, they do not pay attention to the pool at all. My child jumped in to the big pool and another person had to save him. The ice cream is meant to be all day but they run out of it and do not listen to what you want.

The place has good water slides, the food was good in terms of quantity First of all the reception staff is so rude and impolite, they yell and curse the customers as if we are checking in to a jail, the beach was gravel, although the place where the sunshades are is sand, the food quality is not that good and the room had a lot of ants

This is a perfect place for family. The resort has great facilities, especially for kids, access to the beach, very generous in food and drinks, great hospitality, evening cultural activities. It is highly recommended for families. Internet in rooms is not free.

Comfortable beds Multiple swimming pools to choose from, some being suitable for young children, and other for teenagers etc. Easy access to the beach Entertainment in the evening for children (can be very loud at times). WiFi in room for an extra charge. Most of the staff cannot speak/understand English, even at the reception. Was made to wait until actual checking in time, when they could have accommodated for us to freshed up and use toilet, but we're made to wait in the main reception area for 6 hours. First night, even though we finally got our room at 12pm, a cot was requested at booking, at reception, from our room telephone, at reception again at dinner time. After multiple requests still the cot was brought to our room after 11pm. Room Service, some days they took our towels but didn't replace, so had to phone the reception to bring us towels. Other days they emptied one bin and not the other, when it was clearly full and needed emptying. And when asked didn't come to empty until the following day. Restaurant, mostly all the plates were dirty, had to wipe them down every time. Had to go a look for our own knife and forks. Asking staff where someone is located, either they don't understand what your saying or they don't know. Have to go find the dessert section or fruit section by yourself. Mini Club area, very dirty. Swings, slides and climbing frames seems they have never been wiped down. Cat litter in areas. I saw broken wine glass on the first day, had to ask staff to remove but wasn't any urgency from them. Another day, two of the mini club staff members argued with each other towards the end but still in front of some children. With one of them storming off.

Nothing really The location is in middle of nowhere. If you want to go on holiday and get stuck in one place this is the place for you but if you want to go and see things then avoid this place. Paid £20 to have WiFi in the room for 3 days. The nearest shopping centre is 25KM away so if you want to take a taxi because you have pram and baby with you taxi cost £50 round trip. They do nothing for kids only chips when 60% of the travellers are kids there. They advertised water park which is a long walk from the hotel and taking pram there is a nightmare. Rooms aren’t clean. AC don’t work properly. You have to ask staff 100 times to get them to do something. And because there is no other shops around the shops in the hotel charge you gold prices for snacks. Never in my life there!! A proper scam.

Our room was very clean and beautiful. The attention of the staff made us happy. We will come to stay again as soon as possible.
