When a family chooses to stay at a hotel, the expectation is to relax, enjoy quality time together, and feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this hotel was far from providing that experience. There are better options nearby, and based on our stay, I would choose another hotel next time.

Quick stay for a weekend. Great for families with young kids. Breakfast was good and a variety of options. Enjoyed the pool and gym amenities.

The hotel sales manager introduced herself to my wife and made a personal connection and added to our positive experience. We had arrived at 1am the night before and the person who greeted us was warm and inviting. The room felt spacious, was clean, and quiet. Ice and laundry was conveniently located near our room, and our room was very quiet. Exactly the accommodations I seek when I travel.
