We got all our stuff stolen from the Waterpark when we had a table so be careful

One of our biggest frustrations was the staff. We were told “I don’t know” by multiple employees, with little effort to help us find an answer. At check-in, the employee couldn’t answer several questions, said she didn’t know much about the app, and gave me a number to text instead. When trying to find the ropes course, an employee was “pretty sure” we could access it through the waterpark. We couldn’t. Another employee also didn’t know, so we eventually figured out ourselves that we had to go back through the lobby and outside. MagiQuest also shuts off at 10 p.m. now, along with almost everything else. After 10, the arcade is basically the only thing left to do. Even the refill stations are shut off, so the souvenir cups you paid for can’t be used. We have a lot of great memories at GWL, which makes this even more disappointing. We’ve always accepted the high price because the experience felt worth it. Unfortunately, it no longer does. After many visits over the years, this will sadly be our last.

Had such a fun and memorable stay at Great Wolf Lodge! 🐺💦 We had an absolute blast, and there was so much to enjoy for the whole family. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again! ❤️

We stayed for 1 night had a good time with my daughter she had lot of fun

Way overcharged me, I paid thru my expedia app so I paid for extra person. Well the room only handled 7 and I had 8, they did not care they wanted the 8th person to sleep in the car!!! Plus charged me extra to have the 8th person go swimming. Top it off I put $50 dollar deposit on the canopy for the next day and I was suppose to only be charged $250, NOPE!!!! When we 1st got there it took over an hour in line just to finally make it up to the counter which took additional 30 mins to get checked in!!! Oh and waiting for an elevator just to get our stuff from our room to main floor, over 30 mins waiting to get on elevator.. I wish I could get all my money back i paid or even the money they were not suppose to charge me bu5 did anyway! Never again and i will not recommend that place to anyone!

All really nice, staff was very helpful. Everything is on the expensive side. For a family of 4, buffet dinner was 90(expected). But for a large pizza it was about 50 when said and done. Lines can be long but it was a great experience and the kids loved. Room stayed warmer then we wanted. Got a fan and it was perfect.

Overall very good experience. Kids really enjoyed water park.

A welcoming place; I have autistic children, and they had a great time. The staff were polite and ready to help, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The rooms should have extra towels and an extra duvet.

We were sent to use a kiosk by staff and some how it didn't show the paw pass we paid for prior to getting room and I have credit card bills showing purchases but it doesn't clearly state that it was for paw pass so I was not happy and it seemed as though you're hotel thought i was trying to lie. We will go to a different location or better place in future

Clean room, and well organized environment.

All in all, our Wolfpack had a great time!
