This was a great little oasis. Property was beautiful. The facilities were very well kept, modern and clean. The property was fenced in and secure. It had plenty of room to park the van we had rented. Breakfast was yummy. Not too far of a walk to the train that took us into the main part of town for sightseeing. What I did not like, this property can't do anything about. The city of Naples was a big disappointment to us. We had seen so many beautiful areas of Italy! The city has lots of trash everywhere, graffiti on everything, and lots of homelessness. This is not a new problem, but it seems worse.

Exceptionel place to stay, very clean and near the train station. We came by car, and the was plenty of parkingplaces, a secure place for our car. Breakfast was very good. Good restaurants near by and a Coop supermarket.

The balcony, and the room were amazing, by waking up right next the Vesuvius and having a whole differents of shops and amazing palaces to eat, very recommended

Modern, clean, safe and convenient parking Interestingly, other guests or people arrived very late, sometimes during the night. That was a bit strange.

Modern, comfortable room, spacious bathroom, nice view of Vesuvio, no traffic noise (at least at the back side of the building). Free parking lot. Conveniently located (12 km to the airport). Good coffee and cakes for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet too small (no eggs, no plain yoghurt, cheese not good).

The beuatifully renovated villa building is at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, outside the bustling, noisy city center. It was important for us, to find a clean, tidy and safe accommodation . The staff was really kind, helpful. Stefano and Gianni speak english fine. Our stay was quiet, tidy, calm, peaceful and fine! Dolce Vita in real!!! Thanks for all, guys, and thx for your lovely colleques as well!!!!

Plenty of parking and clean rooms. Good breakfast. The lady who served breakfast was very friendly! Our flight was late and then we had to pick our hire car up, felt a bit like we were a hindrance.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. There is a very spacious & safe parking. Would definitely highly recommend this place when visiting Naples & Pompeii.

Everything was clean and new, the owner very friendly, very big advantage was the safe parking space inside the territory of the accommodation. There is also a green zone for kids like a small football field, also nice idea. The breakfast was also very good. To sum up, 10 out of 10, a really great experience and reliable host! Grazie Gianni! Nothing to comment, everything was great.
