UNA Hotels Malpensa

Location. Cleaniss The exit from the highway was blocked (close to midnight)- it would have been great to get a heads-up to alert and give us alternative roads.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food also very good. Only 20 mins from Malpensa and 10 mins to train station to ride into Milan centre, great position.

Good location near main road. Perfect hotel for a stopover. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Bathroom with bath is old fashioned. Taking a shower is not very comfortable. Besides, after taking a shower the bathroom floor was flooded because the bath screen was not working properly.

Gut erreichbare Location mit dem Leihwagen, direkt in der Nähe des Flughafens.

I think the hotel would benefit from having a card requesting room service. Moreover, the gym was quite small with limited equipment (but honestly, I went on holiday and therefore this is not a huge negative for me).

The Room was very hot and I had to call the receptionist many times during the night and he refused to lower the temperature, I didn’t sleep all night, and kept begging him ( Mario ) to help me with the AC but he was rude to me and kept saying: it’s hotel policy and if I reduce it for I have to do to all customers ? I’ve travelled all over the world but I had never experienced such service or behavior

The hotel staff is very friendly, eager to help and welcoming. The room was quiet, clean, and, best of all, uncarpeted. The breakfast is simple, but the ingredients are high-quality, and you can put together a truly complete meal. There's plenty of fruit, gluten-free and lactose-free options are available. Nothing to say ?

Bath faucet leaked, toilet flush did not work properly. It was reported but not fixed.

Nice hotel and Kind staff. It's not excellent hotel, but good. Parking is free. Lobby was noisy by some Turkish guests.

Good location if travel by car - next to main roads and MXP airport, free public parking next to hotel. Also large supermarket within few minutes walk. Windows has good sound isolation, Bed was comfortable, room was large and had all whats needed. Large TV as well. Air conditioning did not work in our room (605). We contacted reception, followed their instructions, but, all night was +26°C. Breakfast was medium. While variety was ok, most of food was eaten prior us (at 7:30 AM). And during our 25 minutes breakfast time, was not added.

Great property with a large and comfortable room. Clean and modern. Great breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Excellent value for the money at time of booking that included breakfast. Shopping plaza across the street with many ‘restaurants’ on second floor set up mostly like a food court style. 20 minute drive to San Siro stadium and 40 minutes to Lake Como.
