Sara was wonderful she spoke very good English, the rest of the staff was also super friendly. Very close to beach. Fresh towels every day. 3 meals per day. You have the choice of 4 beach front areas to choose from I booked this because of the pool, the bikes, parking and it being all inclusive. 1. Pool is over 5-10 mins walk away at a different hotel so we did not even bother to go 2. Parking was about 7 blocks away in a secured field 3. Food was okay coffee was good but no free drinks except during meal hours which defeated the reason why i booked all inclusive 4. Bikes we could not get because the app was not available to download, even though the front desk Sara tried to help a lot so we ended up having to use a vendor to purchase bikes 5. Unsure if it was a booking.com mistake or hotel but we were given two rooms for the night with a total of 10 beds we only needed one of the two rooms and it could not be canceled Basically believe it was a $300 over charge as the 4 of us had to take two instead of one room the hotel couldnt do anything about it said it was a booking.com issue and everything i booked it for did not come true still enjoyed our stay but it was not as advertised
