Nice. Good location.

The location was great 1. It’s very difficult to come with the car. The instructions they gave us were not correct. We circled in the old city 2hours until someone closed his shop and took us to the hotel. It appears that we had to enter the city from a different place. 2. Our room was on top floor, half of it was not usable at all because of low ceiling… very low. I will attach photos . I was very disappointed.

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and supportive staff. I was positively surprised how easily the parking question was resolved -- we've parked at "Hotel Gold" and payed at "Mlyn". Air-conditioning was especially important these hot days.
-
Friendly staff, nice view on the river Not their fault, but very difficult to find by car to park, navigation (google and waze) point you in the wrong direction.

Great view of the Rosenturm! Nice location in old town. Good breakfast. Make sure to stay the night and see the lights come on in the city. The hand shower/tub combination in our room was a bit awkward. The kids room up the stairs was very hot and hard to ventilate.

Location The room without balcony .

The shower on the fourth floor was impossible to use. Only banged my head seven times on the slanted ceiling. No shower curtain and had to direct the shower head into the wall and hug the wall to take my shower to prevent the water from going all over the bathroom. Also impossible to locate the hotel using GPS. Had to walk down 96 steps and then back up 96 steps to the car just to get directions to reach the hotel via a circuitous route. All in all, great location, however, and if you can get a room on a lower floor and you get directions to find the place ahead of time it is definitely worthwhile.

Wonderful staff Big plus for their own parking It's not really a negative response, it's more of an observation. Rooms are average at their best. Beds are comfy, but thats that. There's no character to the rooms, didn't feel authentic.

The breakfast and location We drove and that was a big mistake. It was incredibly confusing to get to the hotel for us and we spent over 2 hours calling the hotel (who couldn’t really help) and asking people. I think it needs to be written out more clearly for people. We even downloaded Waze like they suggested and that didn’t work . I would just not drive here or park and walk

Location was beautiful, hard to access with a stroller, but otherwise very convenient once you've settled in. The AC in the room didn't work. The fan setting did, but the AC did not, so after a hot day of travel it was hot upon arrival and never cooled down. We opened windows as much as we could, but as our window overlooked the entrance, other guest's cigarette smoke billowed up.

Lovely. In the perfect location. I loved all

Walkable distance from Bus Station, there’s a shortcut stairs from main road to the hotel; though not so convenient if you have trolley luggage. Reachable by taxi. Single room was spacious but not facing the river. H/C shower, hair blower available. Bed was comfy. Variety of breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. No terrace.
-
It was warm in the room, but when we opened the windows, the bugs flew in. Also, the room didn't have a good shower and the screen was flimsy as well as the bathroom door handle that fell off.

Loved our room with a private balcony and amazing view on Valtva river and the castle. The room was not big, but very clean and comfortable. There were a hair fan, soaps, fresh towels, a safe, a coffee machine, a small fridge, a closet, and a flat screen TV (not necessarily. There are too many beautiful places to see outside). Double windows blocked noise from the outside very well (Valtva is pretty loud.) The price for the room was reasonable. The hotel has parking. If you don't have toiletries, it's possible to buy them at the reception. Breakfast included. Great experience! Although the variety was good, the food itself was marginal. Excellent coffee and juice selection.
