Good location at entrance to town. Smallish but comfortable well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very nice & helpful staff. Shower/tub hard to get in & out of for older short people. Grab rail would be helpful.

Beautifully situated in the heart of the town and very close to the castle. The room was spacious and very well appointed. Comfortable bedding. Generous size bathroom. The staff were delightful and charming and so kind. The breakfast was superb. Just a wonderful experience! Nothing to say here. Loved it all

Great place, quite comfortable. The town is one if the most beautiful medieval towns I saw. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within the pedestrian zone. The parking is located roughly 100 stairs down from the street, making it challenging to lift the bags, stroller, etc.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, the castle, and the bus stop. The breakfast was excellent.

Stayed 2 nights and we had a great and comfortable stay. I love that they are using Loccitane products and nespresso for their amenities. My family stayed in two rooms and both rooms are large. They had a prosecco waiting at the lobby upon our arrival. Nothing

The hotel was in a beautiful location and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was very nice,especially the lady who was at the front desk when I checked out. There were some missteps-they skipped room service one day and I got a twin size bed instead of the queen size bed I requested. I was supposed to have a room with a view,but it was a top floor room with really only a view of the sky.
