Amazing staff and great location . One note , if you come by car and you have heavy luggage ,park at P1 and order green taxi service to take you to hotel

Not very comfortable beds

The staff were wonderful! They let us store our bags and helped with a taxi to the train station. The room was super clean and nice and the location was incredible!

The front desk staff was helpful, but not necessarily friendly. She helped us get everything we needed she just didn’t seem that friendly.

We stayed in a room that accommodated our family of four. The balcony overlooked the castle and river. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was a short walk. Everything was perfect. N/A

What an awesome location, especially if you are able to get a room with a view of the castle bridge and river. The breakfast was also pretty good, and it was nice to eat out on the patio in the morning on the river looking at the castle. Rooms were clean and we had enough room for a couple.

Great views from the balcony. The hotel is right no the riverside. Breakfast was included in the stay and you could sit in the patio on the riverside enjoying the breakfast. The wifi seemed slow.

Location and breakfast selections

Location. Close to everything, but in a quieter area. Staff is very nice a friendly. Good breakfast.

The staff were so friendly and were very welcoming with our children. The location was perfect for exploring Český Krumlov.

The bed Washbasin is too small.

Amazing location on the river with a direct view on the "cloak bridge". The hotel is also offset from the main roads, so it is quiet. Listening to the river at night was great and the reflections throughout the day and night are photo-worth. Our room was available ahead of time and the staff was able to arrange some fruit and prosecco on the day of our arrival with only a couple hours notice. The breakfast serving area is rather small so with just a few guests, it can become rather cramped. The beds are very firm and/or lumpy.

Will definitely return with my husband on my next visit!

Parking p1 was close and it is very difficult to take a luggage to the hotel from P2. If the hotel was advised us before that we should order taxi to take us from the parking to hotel it is will be perfect.

I found out there were marks on the bed sheets.

Loved the view, the location, and the comfortable nature of this charming hotel Staff was also very responsive and helpful.

Comfortable room - lovely balcony on the Vltava River - view of the castle. Very tiny sink in the bathroom seems more suited for a guest bathroom and not a main bathroom - it was hard to avoid getting water on the floor.

Location was great. We were entertained by people boating down the river weir. Very centrally located. Close to everything. Sonya at reception was very helpful with all of our questions. Breakfast was good. There was an elevator which was helpful with the luggage. Bed was uncomfortable for me, too hard. I prefer body soap and shampoo to be two different products.

It was unfortunate that the information about prohibited vehicle access and parking was not provided until after the booking confirmation. It was hard to sleep with a loud bass sound coming from either a neighboring club or someone in the house.

Great location overlooking the river, a short walk to P1 parking lot. Very nice buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, would love to stay here again!
