Early check in, good breakfast with earlier start, clean room

The location was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great with a good variety of things.

This hotel has a very rich history starting in the 1400’s! I have never slept in a place where that many generations of people slept before me! Nothing

Right in the heart of the town, short walk to the Castle. Very large room that was clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the spaciousness. Toilet room separate from shower room with lots of mirrors throughout was great for getting ready in the morning. Staff very responsive to complaints. Advertised as air conditioned but wasn't. Room was extremely hot and only one small screened window that we could leave open at night. The first morning there was very little breakfast food left by the time we arrived (well within the time period specified). However, in subsequent mornings we requested more food to be available, and staff responded to our request. Not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues as both in the room and throughout the hotel, there were many steps to be negotiated.

Cute hotel with large castle like rooms. Really added to the feel of the town. Nothing but bed was a bit hard.

Spacious room, great location, hot water in the shower, helpful staff that gave us a quiet room (the patio was great too) The shower wand in our bathroom only attaches to the wall at a height of about 1 meter so you have to have the wand in your hand at all times, making for a not very relaxing shower. No complimentary tea or coffee or kettles in the rooms.

Like the breakfast, fresh cooked and taste like family made meal. Hotel location is excellent.very quiet in the night too. Room is unique with characters, different experience.

Located in very central area. The room was very clean and cute. Very historical buildings. Good full breakfast included. The staff are very kind and punctual. No lift but the staff are helping

The. Staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us. They even got us a big taxi to take us to an other town. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all of my friends and family

Great location right next to the square and all the restaurants. Very clean room and decent breakfast.

as always its the people who make a difference and the staff here are wonderful. then there is the location. perfectly situated in the old section between the river and the main square. everything a short walk and great views just outside the front door. a hot breakfast also very welcome and all at a reasonable price. watch you head if you are tall.

Charming old building. Really cool being in such a historic place. Staff was also incredible and very helpful. Number 1 issue is the beds. They were the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. They were worse than the night train bed I had slept on a few nights prior.

Great location. Friendly and attentive staff. Spacious room! Great breakfast. Lots of stairs/steps (might not be a good fit for someone with limiter mobility). Not a negative, just a warning.

Good pillow, good water pressure and temperature control in shower, thermostat control, attentive front desk. Good breakfast. Shower head needed to be held, frequent church bells ringing (every 15 min through the night) needed to keep windows shut but not issue as this was fall.

Excellent location, helpful, accommodating and friendly staff, great choices for breakfast, room is spacious , bed is comfortable, quiet at night, heater is working well, bathroom is newly renovated with good toiletries and a bonus of dog MOSHI ? who adds value to this place. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place !! ???????? 5 stars ?⭐️⭐️ Nothing !
