I love everything at this place The shower heads could be newer

Our stay was excellent.

Everything was clean, stuff were really nice and helpful, great location on the river.

Location. Cosy The room was not very clean. Lots of cobwebs on Feb ceiling attracting insects. Could be felt in the night when sleeping.

Perfect Location: You truly cannot beat the location. It is perfectly situated to explore the beauty of Český Krumlov, which is the main reason we chose to stay here. ​Sense of Security: Despite the other issues, I felt the property was safe enough for a stay. Cleanliness: This was the biggest disappointment. The shower was dirty, and the lavatory floor was noticeably unhygienic. Because of the state of the shared facilities, we didn't feel comfortable using the kitchen area at all. ​Comfort & Environment: We stayed at the end of June, and the heat in the room was absolutely awful. To make matters worse, the noise levels were quite high, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. ​Safety & Accessibility: The stairs leading from the ground floor to the first floor were dangerously dark, which made moving around the building at night quite stressful. ​Room Facilities: As someone who is 168cm tall, I found the mirror placement to be incredibly impractical—it was hung so high on the wall that I could only see my eyebrows.

The hostel is in a very cool old building, and still had everything you would want, like a kitchen, single-occupancy bathrooms, and a cosy room.

Excellent location, cheap They put me in attic and was hard staircase for me. Bathroom moldy smell.

I got what I paid for. This was the cheapest place I could find in the town and so I had low expectations. Even then, my room ended up to be in the attic and there’s limited space to stand up straight (I’m a short female on average), that’s a bit surprising.

Lovely building with lots of charm and a beautiful balcony right on the water. Staff were really kind and we were able to check in early. Would recommend!

Everything with the hostel and accomodations...great host and excellent

Very good located, very nice staff. Alex is really reactive. Very old fashioned house, i liked that It‘s not the cleanest Place I‘ve stayed, but i honestly did not mind because of the price and because of the price, really fair

Originally we bookend hostel Merlin, but staff offered us a private room in Pansion Merlin, that was few minute walk away, but still right next to main Old Town. Pansion looked very cute, with backyard and terrace, room was big enough for two with private shower and wc. The only minus was the kitchen - the electric stove warms up very slow and pans were used so much, we coocked dinner for an hour to get something warm. That was the only issue.

The location is perfect, right in the center and close to all attractions. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful—highly recommended! N/A

The room is cleaned everyday, the staff is friendly, do note that if you wanna leave your luggage before checking in you can drop the owner a message, it’s located in the middle of the town, by a river, extremely worthy

The location was very convenient. It was extremely cold in our room despite having the heat as high as it could go. The sheets, bedding, and pillow seemed dirty. The walls were very thin and we could hear people yelling outside in the middle of the night, which made us feel unsafe. Also, I know I am staying in a hostel so I am not expecting maximum comfort, but the beds were awful. I felt like I might have been better off sleeping on the floor.

The location was really nice. Near to the bridge with good view towards church and to the river Nothing is there. With the price I will say it's good
